Enjoyable spa and pool department, the deluxe room was comfortable and large. The children enjoyed the hotel very much. Warm parking hall was included in the room price. Friendly service in the reception. Good breakfast. The use of the spa was not included in the price of the deluxe room and that caused extra cost, also the pricing varied in the entrance (discount with the Club One card). Several tiles were missing in the floor of the spa, and our child hurt his toe twice. |

The facilities are amazing, hotel staff very friendly, very cozy yet upscale atmosphere. Breakfast selection much better than most hotels. Very good price : quality ration. Slippers could be offered while using spa facilities |

The location of the hotel is very good - the harbour and the Old Town are near so we didn`t need to take a taxi but walk all day long. |

The spa itself, location of the hotel, friendliness of the staff, design of the hotel 1. Size of the room - we had an additional bed for a child in the room, I believe for visitors with kids who sleep on an additional bed there should be special roooms bigger in size; 2. Since this hotel is mainly booked by Russians, there should be staff at the reception who speaks Russian; 3. During breakfast restaurant is full & the staff is not very fast in cleaning the tables, as a result guests sometimes have to get their meals at the tables full of dirty dishes |

I dont like service at saloon on the 0 floor - she wasnt kind, dont smile at all, dont explain about kinds of massage. She look at so - that I think - no I dont give my money here so I hadnt massage.......... |

the food was excellent and suited even a spoilt child the food prices were very expensive.the water in the pool was cool and the warm baths were crowded with people sitting there for hours and getting exrta drinks from the bar-not a good place for a family with children |

the SPA was excellent, hotel staff friendly and nice, good choice for breakfast. room was small and pretty basic taking into account the price. beds could have been better. I would suggest going only to the SPA (it is open for outside visitors) if you have a chance to stay somewhere else. |

The staff was very friendly. The Old Town of Tallinn is beautifully just a walk around the corner, and excellent restaurants are just a short walk away as well. The basic filter coffee at the breakfast was terrible. Probably the coffeemaker hadn't been adequately cleaned frequently enough. The breakfast could be a lot better in general. It would be nice if the rooms included complementary slippers for going to the spa. |
