The Spa is very good, and the saunas is very good ...friendly and helpful staff in lobby. The beds in room is terrible, what helps is that you can go to good sauna after not so good night sleep. |

The staff manning the reception were very helpful. 1. The mattress was much too soft. It sinks and does not really support one's body weight. A firmer mattress would go a long way especially after a tiring walk, sightseeing. 2. The hotel should provide basic necessities like shampoo and conditioner, which any 2 star in Asia would readily provide. 3. Used towels should be changed daily, without being asked to do so. |

The only thing I liked was the SPA Centre, also the hotel staff was very helpful Small, inconvenient room, low beds (seemed like for children), sheets did not cover the entire mattresses, no tissues provided in the bathroom, wide choice of food during the breakfast, but nothing was tasty |

Spa is the best in the city. The location could be better ( for the winter time, but good for the summer). |

Location of the hotel - near the historical center, disign of the hotel and the room. Unfortunatly there is no place in the room for drying swimmingsuits, its not very good for the spa-hotel. The water in the swimmingpools was rather cold. |

That was my first time at Tallinn and at Estonia generally. I think that Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel is one of the best choices that a tourist must have here. Everyting was very nice. Stuff, breakfast, rooms, design and speccially the sauna-spa-hamam facilities with many different types of them and temperatures. Amazing !!! |

No really much of a business centre which i thought it would be, more like a haven for drunken Finnish people |

The room was great. Looked modern and well-kept. I booked a regular room and got a balcony too. The spa/swimming area could only be used for free early in the morning and would cost money to use after 10am. Also, there were not a lot of English speaking channels on the tv. |

breakfast was ok It's not 4 star service hotel! Extra-bed for child here means small rended mattress to put on the floor! Hotel guests can use swimming center for free till 10 a.m., but there is working only swimming pool in this time (no jacuzzi, no saunas, no cascades), they do not switch it before, only for money! Staff is not helpful(asked us to pay for parking what we didn't use), and closet is dusty! |

Good location, close to the city center, very interesting and unusual design, comformable, clean rooms. Swimming pools were great. Very good breakfast as well. Next time definitely will stay here. The room size is quite small (if live more than one person in the room), not possible to open the windows. |

Nice modernstylish new hotel. Good location, only 100 meters from the ferry. Not in the old town but easy to go there by foot (5-10 min) |
