It was well situated, near the edge of the old town, was very well designed in modern, minimalistic design, and the spa facilities were fantastic. The breakfasts gave a decent choice of food and the staff were friendly and helpful and very accommodating. We did not realise that the room we had booked (with b&b) only provided us with use of the spa between 7 and 10am, and once we had made known to the manager that we would not have booked the hotel had we known this, he gave us free range to use the spa at all times during our stay. There was nothing we didn't like, although in our view it needs to be made more clear on the Booking.com website that if a standard room with bed and breakfast is booked, the spa is only available between 7 and 10am - this was not clear when booking the hotel. Luckily, because of the accommodating nature of the staff at the hotel, they allowed us to use the spa during our stay at all hours of the day.

I had a very quiet room (as requested) with a comfortable bed. The spa facilities looked good but i was too busy to use them. The location was only 10 minutes walk to the old town. The staff were polite and helpful. There was a relaxed atmosphere in the hotel. The location is convenient and seemed safe but is not in any sense picturesqe, being near the port. The swirly patterns on the carpets were not to my taste, but i imagine some people like the decor. On a future visit to Tallinn i would probably stay in the old town itself, although this could be more expensive.

Good location and nice staff The hotel advertises that you can use the spa facilities between 7 and 10 am for free. The truth is that there is only one sauna turned on in the showers and thats it, the spa, the pools and the pool bar dosen´t actually open until at 10 am and then you have to pay for your visit to it. The rooms are ridicilously small and were not cleaned properly, and the breakfast wasn´t that good the youghurt was pretty much the only thing I really liked. ps I have both worked and stayed in seveal different types of hotels and this one dosn´t deserve it´s four stars!

Good Location. The supervisor on Reception was helpful with an enquiry we had. The hotel was overpriced for the size of the room. We have stayed in five star hotels with bigger rooms and cheaper. Also for that price you would expect something better than what tasted like powdered eggs.Check-in was slow.

The hotel is close to the Old Town - less than five-minute walk. It is close to the port, has excellent connection to the airport and central bus station (bus no. 2). Spa use is free in the morning (7-10 am) - just perfect for those staying there for business. ANd breakfast buffet is lavish!

Excellent location close to Old Town, shopping malls, ferries and airport bus. Our 3 year old son loved the swimming pools and breakfast buffet and we enjoyed the stay so much. We stayed for 3 nights but could have stayed longer as there were so many things to see in this beautiful town. More restaurant attendants at breakfast clearing tables.

The steam sauna where you lie down and watch the stars (leds) on the ceiling was especially nice as well as going to the outdoor pool after the sauna. The breakfast could have varied more from morning to morning.

Location, Spa center and water-pool on the mornings before the job, the friendly staff, the breakfasts. The bus stop of n2 to aeroport in un 300 m from door of hotel. The price was redused because the season offerta The full dependence of cenrtal air control in the room, the windw can't be opened in my room (st. Single) and was overlooking the water-pool. This fact didn't create the discomfort for myself (all the time was fresh air), but can be serieux for someone.

New motel with plenty of facilities. Reasonable location and the service was good. Location required us to cross a few major streets to get to the Old Town area which was a bit of an issue given the speed the locals drive at.

Lovely spa area, and great location, only 15 minutes walk to the centre of the old town. Did not realise till I arrived that the spa area was only available in the morning (I had planned on spending my evenings there!). Restaurant was expensive.

The hotel staff were excellent especially Märt õigus on reception and Gerli in the restaurant. Excellent service and a great welcome. The rest of the staff were very welcoming also and very helpful. The food in the restaurant was beautifully presented and very tasty! Great location for getting the fast Linda Line hydrofoil ferry to Helsinki for a day trip. It was just a little far from the "Old Town" area at night. It is in a bit of a deserted location once the cruise ships stop running. Everything around it seems to close at 7pm.
