ガラス張りの新しい近代的ホテルで、各種サウナと温水プールがあり快適。ヘルシンキからの高速フェリーが着- く港にも、その他のA～Cターミナルにも近く、また空港行きのバス停にも近くて便利。城壁の中ではないが、- 入り口に近く、市内散策にも便利。 宿泊者のスパ施設無料使用は午前中だけなので、夜に使いたいときは別に支払いが必要。絨毯の色や廊下の明か- り等が派手で変な感じ。港の一角にある感じで、目の前の港内マーケットが夜の7時に閉まってしまうと、食事- や買い物に不便。 |

the food was excellent and suited even a spoilt child the food prices were very expensive.the water in the pool was cool and the warm baths were crowded with people sitting there for hours and getting exrta drinks from the bar-not a good place for a family with children |

the SPA was excellent, hotel staff friendly and nice, good choice for breakfast. room was small and pretty basic taking into account the price. beds could have been better. I would suggest going only to the SPA (it is open for outside visitors) if you have a chance to stay somewhere else. |

The staff was very friendly. The Old Town of Tallinn is beautifully just a walk around the corner, and excellent restaurants are just a short walk away as well. The basic filter coffee at the breakfast was terrible. Probably the coffeemaker hadn't been adequately cleaned frequently enough. The breakfast could be a lot better in general. It would be nice if the rooms included complementary slippers for going to the spa. |

Very good location close to the Old City. SPA helpes to recover after long walk round the town. Kids were happy to spend the rest of the day in SPA. |

it is one of good modern design hotel in estonia and breadfast has a fair choices. The main pool in spa is not suitble for real swimming because of too many stone obstacles |

Very friendly attitude of hotel staff. Convenient location near old town and near bus stops for airport and Riga. Very nice spa for those who enjoy this kind of leisure. If you ask for it, you can get a quiet room without any noisy interference Don't go for breakfast around 9h30 (not so late as it means 7h30 London time), the breakfast room is overcrowded with people rushing before restaurant closure at 10h00. The otherwise comfortable restaurant with a nice buffet becomes at that time worse than a continental school cantine. If you go earlier, you can definitely enjoy a good breakfast. Rooms might be somewhat larger in size. |

The Spa is very good, and the saunas is very good ...friendly and helpful staff in lobby. The beds in room is terrible, what helps is that you can go to good sauna after not so good night sleep. |

The staff manning the reception were very helpful. 1. The mattress was much too soft. It sinks and does not really support one's body weight. A firmer mattress would go a long way especially after a tiring walk, sightseeing. 2. The hotel should provide basic necessities like shampoo and conditioner, which any 2 star in Asia would readily provide. 3. Used towels should be changed daily, without being asked to do so. |

The only thing I liked was the SPA Centre, also the hotel staff was very helpful Small, inconvenient room, low beds (seemed like for children), sheets did not cover the entire mattresses, no tissues provided in the bathroom, wide choice of food during the breakfast, but nothing was tasty |

Location of the hotel - near the historical center, disign of the hotel and the room. Unfortunatly there is no place in the room for drying swimmingsuits, its not very good for the spa-hotel. The water in the swimmingpools was rather cold. |
