Friendly and friendly faced personnel in the hotell . Helpful attitude. Quiet despite being in the middle of the city. Excellent price for pleasant personnel, good location and quiet and fair comfort.

The Wifi does not work on the top floor, listening to other guests as I sat in the reception to surf it seems the problem was widespread. The copied tag with login and encryption system said "WEP" on some tags and some other encryption system on other tags. I fiddled with the settings for a long while before I understood that the computer had auto identified the settings but did not get enough signal to get on the internet. The restarant personnel could be a little more friendly when they meet customers and guests of the hotell.

This hotel is located in the city centre. There is a big shopping mall on the opposite side of the street. And the Ahhaa science center is just a couple of hundreds meters away. It is a good place for kids to visit.

The hotel is in a quiet zone at walk distance from the center of the town. The sauna (extra fee) is very comfortable.

This hotel is located perfectly if you are arriving by Bus, because it is directly opposite the bus station. It is also two road junctions away from the Theatre Vanemuine, which was our destination, and only a 15min walk in heavy snow. Between the two are two excellent sleek glass modern shopping centres that contain clothes, shoes and electronic/computer shops as well as a useful supermarket on the lowest floor. The hotel had friendly english-speaking staff and a simple yet excellent cafe (round the back of reception and down the stairs) which appeared to be always open and sold good snacks - particularly nice full-plate salads for under 3 Euros! Good drinks options too including the usual freshly ground coffee etc. Rooms clean and comfortable. Shower does make whole bathroom floor wet - irritating, but just meant we needed to use a small towel as a mopping up cloth! Strong wireless signal where we stayed (room 321)

Terrible smell in bathroom. Lack of hairdryer. Bathroom after taking the shower was fully wet. Very uncomfortable extra bed.

Great central location, nice comfortable rooms and good breakfast

The price-quality rate was very good. The staff was very helpfull. Breakfast was good. The room was clean and big enough for three persons. The hotel is near the bus station en near the car hire service station.

Safe parking, friendly staff in reception.

Cold bacon and sausages at breakfast. Lack of personnel at breakfast, didn't have time to clean up tables and refill food. Shower mechanism gave water just a few seconds and the you had to push the water button again. Water was spreading all over the bathroom floor. No restaurant or bar services in the evening. 2-Star classification describes this hotel better.
