Friendliness of staff,we had a very early morning flight and (we had to leave hotel at 5.15am and they provided us with an early morning snack and coffee and sandwiches before we borded the plane |

Good price for very close to the old centre, rooms were basic but sufficient as a base for my holiday plans, always well maintained rooms Not a very pretty view, or in a very picturesque part of town, but the hotel itself was only used as a base for my purposes, so this is not really a dissatisfaction, and for the price and cleanliness it was perfect |

The hotel staff was very nice & helpful. There is the only textile curtain that separates the shower, and there is nothing separating on the floor. Therefore all the floor is wet after showering. |

El desayuno era correcto. Las habitaciones bien amuebladas. No limpiaban las habitaciones, ni cambiaban las toallas. La segunda noche tuvimos que llamarles la atención para que lo hicieran. Aunque no está lejos del centro, es difícil de encontrar la primera vez. |

Auton sai turvalliseen parkkipaikkaan ja aamupala oli hyvä. Henkilökunta puhui suomea. Loppumaksun kanssa oli pieniä epäselvyyksiä, mutta ne saatiin selvitettyä puhumalla. |

Доброжелательные приветливые девушки на рецепшн :). Много каналов на русском по ТВ, но не телевизор едешь смотреть.. Бельё белоснежно-чистое. Завтрак скромноват, но поесть можно.. Вопщем абсолютно отвечает моему личному представлению о комфортной ночевке (1-2 ночи), без особенных претензий.. Стромми (были в февр. 2007 г.) был заметно поскромнее, хотя дальше от центра и ценой повыше... немного смутила тема "душ без бортиков", но если не делать сильный напор воды, то вприниципе - ничего... |

Albergo appena fuori dal centro storico, facilmente raggiungibile con tram, nel complesso un buon servizio, non prendete la stanza sopra la tettoia di ingresso (in lamiera), poichè se dovesse piovere scordatevi di dormire |

Sijainti hyvä, kaupungin keskusta kävelyetäisyydellä. Autoilevallekin asiakkaalle sopiva. Sisäänkäyntiä oli vaikea uskoa hotellin pääsisäänkäynniksi. Henkilökunta oli asiallista, mutta hymyä ei irronnut. |
