Me ha gustado todo, muy recomendable en todos los aspectos, la atención y amabilidad del personal, la elegancia y el lujo del hotel y la habitación, la excelente ubicación, etc, y todo ello a un precio bastante asequible.

La ubicación. El personal del restaurante muy atento.

Un hotel de 5* no puede tener una entrada con escaleras tan mala, sin personal para abrir las puertas y llevar las maletas. La recepción funciona lenta. La limpieza de las habitaciones dejaba que desear, pelusa a la vista y baños no del todo limpios. El desayuno no está a la altura del hotel, poca variedad, zumos artificiales y aunque el personal era muy atento, a mi parecer les faltaba un cocinero. El restaurante de un hotel de esa categoría y precio no puede poner servilletas de papel.

Especialmente la ubicacion, es magnifica. Tambien la relacion calidad precio y las habitaciones son muy correctas. No puedo opinar sobre la piscina, spa y otros servicios complementarios del hotel que se veian muy apetecibles, però que no llegue a disfrutar por falta de tiempo.

The breakfast was cold every morning the toaster does not work there are no tea /coffee making facilities in the room.

The location is excellent, so close to everything but the noise. Breakfast is a very good buffet plus loved being able to order egg benedict, or royale or florentine. Staff was helpful in to find a room for early check in. They gave us one on the top floor in the new section, nice but the way the ceilingv sloped made it feel tight. Moved us to the 5th floor to the same type, much roomier feeling

My husband and I loved the ambiance of the hotel, the particularly comfortable rooms, first class restaurant for formal meals and sumptuous buffet breakfast. Above all we were impressed by the professionalism and the friendliness of the staff. The hotels location near the centre of the old town of Tallin is perfect.All in all everything was "superb'.

We were quite disappointed. We expected a very beautiful room but it was just avarage. Too expensive for the quality of the hotel and for a little town like Tallinn. One of the persons at the reception was not very helpful when we asked him to do us a favour and call the airport because we had forgotten something on the plane. Breakfast was just avarage too.

Beautiful hotel, very nice rooms with excellent beds, and the best reataurant in town!

This was my second visit to the hotel and as usual I was not disappointed. Superb. Staff should be commended for their customer service, food amazing and general experience memorable.

Everything was perfect - staff can't do enough for you, all good level of English (which helps us numpty Brits), spa was very quiet around 5pm (had it to ourselves), breabfast was great and couldn't get a better location. Defo reccomend

Luxury pick up is €20 one way. Twice as much as taxi but questionable luxury. Good but could be better

Location was good, just 1min walk to main square in the old town. Quality restaurants (3) within 30 seconds walk from front door. Hotel/Airport transfer arranged with the hotel via email was 1st class, good value for money and only 9mins from/to airport from hotel door.

Spa service ordered was for a full deep masseage and only git a light massage. Complaint made, was felt to be a trouble maker, managed gegrudgingly to get it complementary when stating that we would take it up with the hotel manager.

To whom it may concern I have only positive words to say about the hotel, perfectly located in the heart of Old Town, a picturesque building, and a very attentive and smiling staff. The hotel was tastefully decorated, we stayed in the new part that was of very high standard. This was a combined business and pleasure trip and joints, great for the person who was a tourist and as a base for business. Pool, jacuzzi and massage in the basement is well worth a visit. The hotel has a tasteful restaurant, with its own sommelier to find the best wine for your menu. The restaurant is also used for breakfast. PS campagne for breakfast is a good start! We'll be back!
