Trés bel hôtel et surtout trés bien situé.
Petite mesquinerie sur le savon. Mini-bar prohibitif.

L'attention du personel, la qualite du service, le style/design en general, et l'excellent rapport qualite/prix du bar/resto. Le resto est trop encombre au pt-dej en cas de full occupancy; un autre espace serait a prevoir. |

The staff were courteous, attentive and considerate. They helped with our requests for an iron, an electrical adaptor, got us reservations at one of the finest nightclubs in town and of course, helped out with helpful tips on sightseeing etc. Attentive to a fault- they immediately offered to take our luggage off our hands. The breakfast spread was nice, the music soothing and the spa excellent. The lobby bar is atrociously expensive, and I come from London... |

Fantastic central location 100m to main square, superb contemporary style and fittings, friendly staff and pool / spa. Not cheap but worth every penny. no everything was excellent |

Excellent location. Beautiful hotel, well done in an interesting and pretty old Tallinn building. Lovely interior decoration. Wonderful restaurant with outstanding breakfast (especially the scrambled eggs!) Slow bar service (lobby bar), but a lovely place to sit and relax while waiting anyway. |

Everything. Staff were helpful. Rooms were lovely. breakfast was yum. Spa was really relaxing. We arrived very early & the porter allowed us to check in early, which made our stay much easier. we were also allowed a late check out. Hotel is in the middle of the old town. The hotel itself is beautiful, very funky, but quite small which is nice. Cant say anything negative to be honest. |

Smiling service all around. Luxurious and tastefully decorated room with great amenities (bathrobes, toiletries etc.). Spa was beautiful: high-quality and relaxing - especially as we were the only guests in there it was really something else compared to crowded competitors. Excellent in-room breakfast crowned our romantic weekend - we wanted to go right back! Pillows are not up to standard. Couldn't get AC to heat like we wanted. |
