Mini Bar was pricey
This hotel is ideal if you want to see the centre of Tallinn, you are five minutes from the old town. At this time of year "mid winter" the xmas market, a hot drink and a return to the hotel for a swim/sauna/steam, the oldest capital city in europe.
Great stay at this wonderful hotel. Nice room and a fabulous restaurant. Wifi works well
Everything was as expected and nothing was too much trouble.
Location is good
At the arrival receptionist was chating with her local male acquaintance and did not bother to process the arrival for rather long moment; coffee machine was put out of order at 22.00, there was a crowd of local loud youngsters being very aggressive to other hotel visitors and personnel did not do anything about it. Generally the personnel of the hotel is very unattentive. On the top of the fact that hotel is physically tired it makes the stay rather unpleasant experience.
Service and atmosphere was great. Also give a try for restaurant - a must during Tallinn visit
In some reason wi-fi was throwing us out all the time during last day of visit.
Liked the quietness of room. The location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and had a great selection of pillows.
I would have liked tea/coffee making facility in my room and also a trouser press or iron and ironing board.
Great location and the breakfast was tasty with many different options to choose from.
Friendly and helpful staff, nice spa, good breakfast - great stay in the classy old town hotel.
No bidette in the bathroom - something one would expect in a five star hotel.
Hyvä aamiainen. Miellyttävä kylpyosasto
Excellent location !
The Hotel was placed in the hart of the city. Beautiful, clean rooms and the staff were very helpful. We will strongly recommend this hotel, if you are going for a long weekend in Tallinn
Hotel location and helpful friendly staff in main hotel
Surly poor service in hotel bar
everything. the food. the lobby. the design. the room. the location. the staff.. cant complain. will def. stay there if im in talllinn again
This is a wonderful hotel. If I were going to tallinn again I would stay here. V centrally located. Spa lovely.
Excellent interior, quiet, perfect location- It is in the very centre of old town. Also safe parking available at additional cost wich is fair due to the location. Spa is very nice.
Though the interior in the dining hall is marvelous, the included breakfast was a bit poor for 5 star hotel. The food compilation had no soul and no taste. The good point is there are 100 places to eat good food outside just around the corner.
All important places in walking distance, perfectly located!
Pick up from airport not organized.
Good location, not too big hotel.
We had 3 adults in one room. So I had extra bed. Extra bed was sofa bed and it was broken so it was changed. New bed was small and very hard. So I did not have good sleep which I really hoped after paying 250eur for the room. Also there was some black hair in the tub which is not very nice for 5 -star hotel.
everything else was ok
room was small, parking was a hassle and expensive
Great hotel with very friendly staff in a central location. Small but adequate bar area and nice breakfast room. Spa an added bonus, good pool area and overall great value for money.
No downside for our group we were all more than satisfied with the Telgraaf and our individual rooms. We would all happily return and recommend to friends.
The personnel was mostly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very delicious. Location is good.
We booked two superior double rooms but got instead one double room and one twin room. We were very disappointed already for getting a twin room instead of a double room but in addition to that the twin room (203) was probably the worst room in the whole hotel. It's was probably worth 3 stars or even less because even 3 star hotels have rooms that do not contain any broken items. For example, the floor heating in the bathroom was so hot that we couldn't stand on the floor and the personnel couldn't fix it. Furthermore, the airconditioning devise made loud noise during night time so the quality of sleep was poor. The attitude when I complained to the personnel was "oh, too bad..." I think some compensation would have been reasonable due to the lack of quality and due to the fact that we didn't get what we booked. This hotel was a waste of our money and I think we never use this hotel again. I think that a 5 star hotel cannot afford to risk the reputation by giving customers rooms that need repair measures and do not even match with the reservation!
Everything - all excellent and everyone pleasant.
Location of the hotel added to our great experience of Tallinn. Staff extremely attentive and tended to our needs.
Location, wonderful and varied breakfast, attentive staff, clean rooms.
Minimal complaint that the wifi was weak.
Beautiful building in the heart of Tallinn's old town, literally a minute walking distance from the central square. Friendly and helpful staff, well–appointed rooms and amenities. A rather excellent and very reasonably priced restaurant on location.
Small rooms even when upgraded, definitely not 5–star standard size–wise. Further, the doors on the rooms in the old wing would rattle every time another door was opened; quite annoying. No gym.
