Pleasant and comfy rooms, nice spar bath, good food. Didn't think it was necessary to charge my friend 3 pounds for a glass she accidentally broke. ! The bar closed early in the evening and we had to go to the hotel over the road. |

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was beautifully kept and clean with some surprising good touches. Situated on the edge of the stunning old town of Tallinn. All in all a delight for myself and my business partner - I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a short stay in Tallinn. There was no lounge bar to relax in after the days work and a meal. That would have been the icing on a very tasty cake! |

Perfect location, 15 minute walk to Tallinn old town. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially on reception. Excellent breakfast and plenty of it. Room very comfortable. This is our third stay at this hotel over the last year and i have been satisfied on every occasion. |

It was really nice little hotel near the city center. Clean room, little bit small. Good value for your money. I also appreciated the free parking so near the city center. Breakfast was great, just some points to correct: yogurt was warm because it was laid just besides the warm air coming from the juice machine - irritating. No eggcups. By correcting that kind of little thinks you could feel very comfortable at the hotel. |

has a very friendly and professional staff. Also the surrounding the hotel is very pleasant. Good breakfast and very nice deluxe room. Nice inside yard. This hotel we chose because it was so personal, not like the other chain hotels. Definitely coming back. Stairs are some problematic. No lift for the side building rooms, also same for deluxe rooms as well as to the main and side entrances. |

Fantastic staff. Without exception, the people who worked at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, even to the point of making recommendations about restaurants, nightlife and which taxi companies to use. The rooms were a bit small, but very clean and well designed. I especially liked the high ceilings and the nice, deep window sills. Again, the rooms were a bit small for my taste and the bathroom did not have a full shower. Instead, the area in the corner of the bathroom was a bit lower and had a drain. It took a little getting used to, but once I realized that the water was not spilling all over the place and not flooding the bathroom, all was fine. |

I liked the parking next to hotel and the transfer service of the hotel. The feeding service and the food quality could be better. Asking EUR 100 for extra bed just because the hotel is fully booked........?! |

The location was very convenient. Our room was small but tastefully designed and well kept. Very nice breakfast and the brassiere was beautiful. The front office manager Helen was the most helpful staff I have encountered for the past few years: professional, courteous and sympathetic. There was some misunderstanding about the reservation and I felt most of the staff was clueless as to what had been communicated before. Also mistakes upon check-out that made me wonder if they were trying to rip us off. |
