has a very friendly and professional staff. Also the surrounding the hotel is very pleasant. Good breakfast and very nice deluxe room. Nice inside yard. This hotel we chose because it was so personal, not like the other chain hotels. Definitely coming back. Stairs are some problematic. No lift for the side building rooms, also same for deluxe rooms as well as to the main and side entrances. |

Fantastic staff. Without exception, the people who worked at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, even to the point of making recommendations about restaurants, nightlife and which taxi companies to use. The rooms were a bit small, but very clean and well designed. I especially liked the high ceilings and the nice, deep window sills. Again, the rooms were a bit small for my taste and the bathroom did not have a full shower. Instead, the area in the corner of the bathroom was a bit lower and had a drain. It took a little getting used to, but once I realized that the water was not spilling all over the place and not flooding the bathroom, all was fine. |

I liked the parking next to hotel and the transfer service of the hotel. The feeding service and the food quality could be better. Asking EUR 100 for extra bed just because the hotel is fully booked........?! |

The location was good, short walk from the old town. Rooms were clean and cozy and the staff was friendly. Our AC was not working, but we didn't need it, though. |

The location was very convenient. Our room was small but tastefully designed and well kept. Very nice breakfast and the brassiere was beautiful. The front office manager Helen was the most helpful staff I have encountered for the past few years: professional, courteous and sympathetic. There was some misunderstanding about the reservation and I felt most of the staff was clueless as to what had been communicated before. Also mistakes upon check-out that made me wonder if they were trying to rip us off. |

Good proximity to old town. Free parking and internet. On a busy road junction so it is better to choose a room facing the courtyard. Uninspiring but adequate breakfast. No comfy chair in the room. |

В 2х из 3х случаев пребывания, размещение осуществлялось сразу же, в 9ч утра, в последний раз пришлось подождать до 11часов. Компьютер в номере, выход в интернет, хотя хотелось бы скорость повыше. Чайник выручал неоднократно. Покупали дополнительный завтрак, показалось дороговато (ноябрь -10€). На 2-й день в номере закончилось мыло, пользовались гелем для душа,висевшим на стене у ванной. |

Маленький отель рядом со старым городом. При заселении, в номере очень неприятно пахло канализацией, но поменяли сразу же. Правда другой был меньше, зато без запаха. |

Небольшой отель. На "окраине" старого города. Единственный недостаток - очень маленькая вывеска. Сложно найти с первого раза. Три раза проехали мимо в поисках. Охраняемая парковка для автомобилей. |
