Great modern place with friendly staff and good loacation. We had a quiet room at the back.

A chilly room, which was not too clean either (found used razor in the bath + nasty looking stains round door handles). It was supposed to be a better Zen double, but it did not include slippers nor bathrobes as promised.

put us in the wrong room to start with and have to go all the way back to reception with our bags to change Ended up in someone else's room which had their welcome letter ect rather than ours. Saff were not particuarly bothered. Rather annoying as I had booked up months ago and chosen the deluxe room especially. Nasty smell from the shower,smelled like it was the drains The hot breakfast option was actually cold to Luke warm. It was just piled out on the buffet table with no way to keep warm. Although a minor point tv reception was poor and failed to see how it was satellite

Nice interiors. Friendly staff. Pleasant Zen Deluxe Room with a spacious whirlpool. Guarded parking next to the hotel. Good location - close to the Old Town. We spent very nice time there.

Room was nice. Old town is in ~5 minutes walking distance.

There was advertisement about hotel's restoran in their own leaflets and hotel guide book. BUT in reality we couldn't wait (during 5 minutes) any person while we were in restoran. It was a signal to us to leave that restoran and look for dinner somewhere else.

Quiet.

A clean, comfortable and warm room, (stayed in December) friendly and helpful staff. A good selection of food for breakfast. Recommend the hotel restaurant - no complaints. very nice and good value for money. Hotel within walking distance of the Old Town.

Difficult to find parking place and it is too small

The bathroom in Superior Double room was different from the pictures shown in Booking.com, it was worse. The bathroom is very small and tiny, there is no shower, only a clumsy curtain. The room looks bigger in pictures than it is in reality. Personnel could not answer why the room differs from the one shown in the pictures.

The staff were extremely kind, nice, efficient. Despite its outside appearance, the interior is very nicely decorated. Kettle jug in each room. Excellent breakfast.

The free wi-fi. As a single room still having a large bed.

The shower would change temperature all the time and kept going scalding hot. I nearly burnt myself. This was the same for my friends I had travelled with in other rooms.

Interior and design was very nice, and the SPA was great (it was little, but cozy and intimate, and significant staff).

Some strange smell/odor on bathroom (ZEN room).

Small cosy hotel. Staff very helpful in arranging for delivery of dinner upon reaching the hotel by late night flight at 1am.

Rooms can be noisy because of the road crossing. Work happening on the hotel. Breakfast is same and did not change in our stay for 2 days.
