The hotel is located in 5 minutes from Old Town. Cheap parking. Friendly staff, welcome tea and snacks at the reception. Good breakfast.

Hotel was peaceful and quiet. Staff was friendly. Room was tidy, beds were nice to sleep and there was plenty of towels. Very relaxing and safe hotel to stay. Safety box didn't work but we didn't neded it anyway. There was only one window and it was quite small.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is so close to Old Town for shopping and Dining. The Brazilian resterant down stairs is fantastic too. Had to really slam the door to my room for it to lock.

I quite enjoyed staying at Kreutzwald Hotel Tallinn. The room was clean and well looked after, tea facilities were a pleasant surprise, free wi-fi, helpful personnel and good European breakfast. The location was good to reach the historical centre of the city and extremely convenient to get to the main bus station to go back home. Comfortable stay at a fair price.

The kindness of personal and the good price. And I liked that the pavement of the room was all in wood. The window was too small, but maybe it was because I stayied in the top floor. The building it's a bit ugly from the outside.

I ordered one big bed -- got 2 small ones. Bathroom for disabled people (so that you'll have to take shower in the squatting position) and the smell of toilet in the room. No packed meal if checking out before breakfast. Totally disappointed.

Lady at the reception was great! i had very big disconfort as there were no sockets avilable in the room, i had to charge my phone in the toilet, and computer took minibar's coolers socket, . hello we live in 2012 already - i alone need socket by the bed - and at least 2 of them. Also walls were very dirty, and room was very cold...

The hotel was very quiet and relaxing. We stayed in a Zen Suite which was very comfortable and clean. The computer in the room worked very well. All the facilities in the suite were excellent. We did'nt use the restaurant except for breakfast which was also very good. Staff were very friendly and we experienced no delays checking in or out. The hotel is located about 10 - 15 minutes walk to the Old Town. We used public transport instead due to the weather conditions, plenty of buses to the city centre just outside the hotel. Also two big shopping centres very close by.

Its convenience which was clos eto the city centre. On safety, all doors opened outwards, if some was walking down the corridor, and was not paying any attention, they would be hit buy an opening door....

The place was lovely and the staff very helpfull and friendly. Near the historic center, is good for tourists. First day wireless did not work, also gym is filled with kitchen furniture - meaning it is unavailable. Car parking is outside in the snow.

We spent a weekend at the hotel. Everything was very nice. The hotel was located close to Old Town. Clean rooms,, very nice service staff, speak both English and Russian. Very expensive parking. Looking at booking appears 9eiro day, while confirming the reservation is 9 euros per hour. on street parking is virtually free
