The hotel is a short walk from the Old Town (10min) and a 5min bus from the city. Staff were really helpful and the room was big, comfortable and clean.
Room was big enough even when traveling with 2 young kids. Breakfast was good.
Room was a bit chilly because of A/C. Menu of the restaurant was old in the room, 4 star hotel should pay more attention on details as well.
in room was cold. poor heating
Nearby parking makes your life easier if you travel by car.
The room was very cold.
1. Adjustable room heating. 2. Very comfortable beds. 3. Very quiet, no street noise.
1. Too far from the center. 2. Breakfast is always the same and very poor (we were for three days). For vegetarians there is nothing to eat. 3. Tap water was running very hideous. Abominable taste and smelly. Just like in Egypt (if there was anyone knows), where the water is poisonous and should not be used. 4. Lacked night table next to the bed.
That the basic SPA use (pool/jacuzzi & steam-room) wasn't complementary / included in the cost of the room. To be honest, for the sake of €8 per person, I don't understand why they wouldn't make it "included" for guests and just absorb the average running-cost into the overall price of the room. By all means charge for treatments, sure, but it just seems a bit petty to be charging for the general use of the un-manned SPA facilities. Especially as there wasn't a staff in sight and there were no towels in the female changing rooms, I had to pass my partner one from the male. And the steam-room turned off automatically, which I'd prefer it had not. Had to call reception to ask what to do. It all felt a bit like it was the end of the day (which it was) and the SPA was closing down. This wouldn't have been a problem at all, except we were paying for this spa usage! So just didn't feel worth it. That's more of less the only negative feedback about our stay.
Room materials getting a bit old and cheap. Location not very good. Halls grim. Value for money especially with zen room doubtful.
Price is in restaurant too high Standart rooms its not cozy
no carpet on the floor.
Easy access to artery roads and secure parking. Staff was very polite and helpful. Room was tidy and comfortable
Check your water boiler if you decide to use it;)
quantity of various foods
terrible juices from the juice machine
Service was good...
It was pretty near the Old town (about 5 minutes, staff were generally nice and helpful, room was nice, beds were comfy.
Breakfast was pretty mediocre, they charged my credit card for the bill without asking (since I wanted to pay in cash, and this has usually never happened to me while using booking.com so I didn't think that they would do that)
2nd time here, excellent hotel with comfortable rooms, good wifi/breakfast, free parking (can be busy), 10 minutes walk to the old town. will come back 3rd time
Very clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, big choice during breakfast, nice japanese pool - we liked almost everything.
Parking could be free of charge or at least 3-5 euros, not 9. In my opinion there were too much steam in the sauna.
Clean allover, excellent breakfast
No fitness room, only sauna, bath and massage. Restaurant bit too fancy for me (=too small proportions)
Not far to walk to the centre. Parking although it costs €9/day.
Wifi atrocious, barely worked. Restaurant food was cold, but they did get me glutenfree bread for breakfast. Room was cold due to ventilation drawing out the heat, it also was noisy.
Nothing but beds
We did not get the room we ordered, so we made a deal with one of the receptionists that we would get a new one the next day. When we come down to the reception the next day another receptionist claimed that we never made a deal like that and that there were no rooms available. She was rude and not service minded at all. Dissapointing. Btw: we booked a suite, and it was not like the pictures they promote.
Location and comfort in the room. Possibility to order pizza to the room when arriving late.
staff was very helpful. good breakfast.
everything was good!
Good place, if you came as tourist, clean rooms, helpful personal.
Every day food was the same (we stayed for 3 nights).
Breakfast was ok. Secure parking.
The bed was very unconfortable and poor. This should definetely not be the case, as the most important thing in hotel is to get good sleep.
stylish, elegant, clean, lovely wooden floors in room, nice bathroom
the restaurant menu could be wider and the terrace open all year round so could enjoy morning coffee and a cigarette there, not in the busy road.
