Very near the city town hall, large private room, nice window. The room, the hostel in general and in particular the bathrooms were a bit cold. One big bad thing about it is that the name of the hostel "Johanna Hostel " is not written anywhere outside of it; nobody in the neighbourhood knows about its existence... so it was a little difficult to find...

Really helpful and friendly staff - they were willing to help me plan my trip and visit less tourist oriented sights. The room was very nice and clean, with big windows, and a couch and closet in the room. Also, the hostel is in the very centre of the old town. It is the perfect location for a short stay in Tallinn if you want to spend less time and money on transport. The hostel was quiet and all the other people staying were very positive and friendly. The street in front of the hostel was very crowded as it is in one of the main party areas. Probably less of a hassle to arrive during the day.

It's a hostel that's why everything is ok but for the hostel. The best of this hostel is it's location - in the very heart of Tallinn - 30 seconds to the main square of old city. We had one problem - missed our bus and that is why had to spend one more night in Tallinn, and the personnel of the hostel really helped us, gave us a room for one night more despite of the fact that the situation was happening quite late in the evening.

Staff is really helpful, rooms are spacious and clean, nice interior, perfect location (but find it first!). I liked that it was silent at night and in the evening. I haven't seen any drunken person in the hostel who could disturb etc. I will write about what I didn't like in Johanna Hostel, but I really recomend it for travelers and I hope guys will take care about those shortcomings as soon as possible :) I didn't like that there is no sign about the hostel in the house where it is located. And unfortunately, no one around knows anything about it... I didn't like that there was no toilet paper in wc. And kitchen looked really messy.

Lokalizacja w centrum, łatwy dojazd z lotniska, dostepność do najważniejszych atrakcji starego miasta, bliskość przystanków komunikacji miejskiej (tramwajowej I autobusowej). Ciekawy pomysł na aranżacje wnętrz. Nieszczelne okna co przyczynia się do tego IŻ ciężko było zasnąć. Powodem był hałas docierający w nocy w pobliskich pubów, barów I dyskotek.

good for young people to dicover City Very hard to find as no name anywere, very basic, no water on upstairs toilets to flush them so not the best but to look at the bright side, downstairs ones were fine :) Suitable for young backpackers, noisy on nightime
