Very kind and polite staff. Large and comfortable rooms. Central position in Old Town Parnu, in a historical building. Rich breakfast. The atmosphere is reservate and warm. There's a small protected parking nearby, locked at night.

The hotel was a beautiful, old building with attractive rooms in a very central location. Atmosphere of old-style glamour. The staff was very friendly and efficient.

The hotel had no lift and a fairly steep climb to get to the rooms. No porters available to help with luggage.This was no problem for us, but older people might find it difficult. Apart from that, it was delightful.

In the town centre, a few minutes from the main bus station. A 15 minute walk to the beach. Excellent restaurant. Large and clean room. Friendly staff. Nice blackout curtains, a rarity during our holiday to the Baltic countries! Very good value for money.

No lift. The mattress was way too soft, which was all but ideal for my back. Other than that, the hotel was lovely.

Service and breakfast

I was surprised by how tiny their single room was.

Hotel razoável.

Altes Herrenhaus, insbesondere das Restaurant/Frühstücksraum sehr schön restauriert. - Gutes Frühstück. Man sitzt dort gern. Treppenhaus und Zimmer sind ebenfalls schön renoviert (bis auf Ausnahmen).

Zimmer Nr. 16 geht zum eigentlich ruhigen Hof, wenn dort nicht ein Generator 24 Std/Tag mit Höllenlärm laufen würde. Das Zimmer ist schön renoviert, allerdings macht der Balkon einen einsturzgefährdeten Eindruck, und die Fenster und Tür zum Balkon sind völlig heruntergekommen. Fensterbrüstung mit grossen Löchern. Ein Rätsel, warum die nicht wenigstens neu gestrichen wurden.- Die bestellten getrennten Betten standen zusammen mit einem Laken und einer Decke. Auf Anforderung wurden uns ein zweites Laken und Decke gebracht. Wir mussten allerdings die Betten selbst richten, da kein Zimmermädchen da war.- Zwei Stufen ohne Kennzeichnung innerhalb des Zimmers bedeuteten dauernde Stolper-bzw. Sturzgefahr.

ничего. отель очень старый, комнаты малюсенькие, удобств мало, персонал приветливый, но по-английски говорит плохо. дорого. маленькая парковка.

Siisti ja tunnelmallinen hotelli hyvällä paikalla.

Sänky oli liian pehmeä, tuntui kuin sinne olisi uponnut. Ruuan käry tunkeutui huoneeseen.
