The whole hotel is permeated with beautiful architecture dating back to the beginning of the previous century. The building feels even more spacious due to its large windows and those guests staying in the rooms facing Lõuna Street will also enjoy a picturesque view of the Lydia Koidula Park.

There is a sauna on the third floor of the hotel which costs EUR 14 per hour.

The hotel serves breakfast from 07:00 to 10:00 on weekdays and from 07:00 to 11:00 on weekends.

The Café Grand been a well-known first class restaurant since 1927. At that time, it was a café for the cream of the local society where soloists invited from Tallinn used to perform. In the Soviet period, it served as a public catering establishment called Võit, and had an orchestra playing twice a day. The restaurant is open from 12:00 to 22:00.

The Lobby-bar is open 24 hours.

The restaurant seats 36 and the bar 22 people. A selection of table d'hote menus for groups are available and they can arrange receptions and catering in the venue.

Pärnu is more than just a summer city. It is also a place for conferences, theatre performances and concerts. Besides being a resort, Pärnu is also a Hanseatic town, a harbour town and a university town.

However, the sleepy rhythm of Pärnu changes completely throughout the summer months. Life on the beach, dozens of festivals, night clubs and a large party atmosphere arrives.

The attraction of Pärnu lies in the shallow sea bay, which becomes warm in June, and the fine, white sandy beaches. There are other beaches besides the town beach in Pärnu where people can spend their holidays, including Valgerand, Kabli, Matsirand and Uulu.

Das Zimmer ist schön renoviert, allerdings macht der Balkon einen einsturzgefährdeten Eindruck, und die Fenster und Tür zum Balkon sind völlig heruntergekommen. Fensterbrüstung mit grossen Löchern. Ein Rätsel, warum die nicht wenigstens neu gestrichen wurden.- Die bestellten getrennten Betten standen zusammen mit einem Laken und einer Decke. Auf Anforderung wurden uns ein zweites Laken und Decke gebracht. Wir mussten allerdings die Betten selbst richten, da kein Zimmermädchen da war.- Zwei Stufen ohne Kennzeichnung innerhalb des Zimmers bedeuteten dauernde Stolper-bzw. Sturzgefahr.	6
