“ Fantastic place to have a relaxing weekend for a group of friends or family. We enjoyed everything: the luxury accomodation, sauna and hot tub outside with cooling swim in a pond! The house is very nice in every detai! ”

Built in 2009, the luxurious Villa Saskia is peacefully situated in the town of Otepaa, approximately 200 km from Tallinn or Riga. It features a terrace and a private pond. Fantastic place to have a relaxing weekend for a group of friends or family. We enjoyed everything: the luxury accomodation, sauna and hot tub outside with cooling swim in a pond! The house is very nice in every detai!

это лучший коттедж во всем отепя. современный дом с очень продуманной системами удобств и энергетики. для занятий лыжами трудно что-то сделать лучше: вместительная сауна с выходом на улицу и на свой пруд, пять! туалетов и душей на 4 спальни, гостиная с камином, кухней, быстрый Wi-Fi во всем доме, выход из дома в теплый гараж, где можно готовить лыжи. особенно порадовало присутствие косуль, которые проходили дважды в 40 м от дома на солонец, а сидя в сауне, прямо из окна видели лису, смело пошедшую к дому. имеется 8 спальных мест, но свободно размещается 10 человек. редкий случай, когда нет никаких негативных осадков.

Очень понравилось. С погодой, правда, не очень повезло - все время шел дождь, но при желании можно найти себе развлечения. Очень комфортная вилла, хороший набор каналов, в том числе и русскоязычных, уютно, есть сауна, бочковая баня (за отдельную плату), можно уединиться, почитать, поработать, интернет бесперебойный. Вокруг красота! Недалеко - туристический центр Отепаа, где подскажут, куда можно поехать и как отдохнуть. Советую прежде почитать, есть очень много в инете рекомендаций по отдыху в Отепаа и в летнее, и в зимнее время. Летом - катание на каное, на лошадях, на роликовых лыжах, туристические тропы и прочее. Дети в восторге!

Понравилось все, очень на высоком уровне. Мне не хватило отдельного домика у пруда с открытым огнем, газовый мангал его не заменил
