Beautiful atmospheric hotel in the old town.Lovely jacuzzi,sauna and steam room. Fantastic breakfast.Meandering route to my room[11] with exposed walls.My room was comfy,quirky and a good size...I Slept well,no noise from outside. Very nice staff too.

We had probably the best room in the hotel (number 16) , a spacious beautifully decorated room with a huge bed and a sofa, coffee table+ writing desk with a very nice medieval touch what we were looking for instead of boring business hotels.The location is super in the center of the old town. Breakfast was ok, nice and cosy atmosphere, sauna and jacuzzi in private use in the morning was an extra plus. The girl in the reception was most helpful and friendly. I missed a suitcase rack, now I had to open my suitcase on the beautiful writing desk, which was not so stylish... in fact I kept the suitcase open on the desk all the time.

Very nice and friendly staff. I really liked breakfast, I have never tried so nice scrambled eggs like I tasted there In the evening it is not possible to reach the hotel by taxi. No lifts in the hotel which makes it very hard to get to the room if you have luggage

Absolutely everything This is the best boutique hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel has so much character, the staff are excellent,. the restaurant is superb and it is right in the centre of the attractions ofg Tallinn

We booked a deluxe double room and were very pleased with the size, decor and comfort of our room. It was scrupulously clean and the bed was big and comfy. Very good breakfast buffet with plenty of choice for people of all tastes. Didn't try the restaurant, largely because of the amazing variety on offer in the city. The location was just what we wanted in the Old Town and yet near enough to the city to get out to other parts we wanted to see easily. The staff were very polite and attentive.

The hotel is very interesting and confortable...there is enough space in the room. It is located in the heart of the old town,few metres of the wall. There is not a good variaty for the breakfast, but what is served is delighful...
