Words can not describe how good are the facilities of the hotel. They have a mountin which is excellent at night. resturants and coffee shops are well placed at the mountin which gives a very nice view and lovely envirnoment.

If you heared the words 5 minutes it means half an hour. No complementry water served in the rooms. You have to buy it. I was unlucky because at the first night there was a wedding so i could not sleep till they have finished.

The foods for breakfast was nothing changed during we stayed.

As per the booking.com website, there has to be airport shuttle service , but actually this hotel doesn't have it, which miss lead the clients, I appreciate some honesty in the information given

Well where do I start:- Most staff cannot speak english. You are not allowed to bring food or drink in your room. For breakfast never had enough food. Crepe was pre made and very cold. This hotel caters for wedding almost every day and their music is so loud you can hear it in your room. This can go on till 4am. Not suitable for young families. They have a beautiful pool but only for show. We cldn't use it. They make a big fuss when you pay. They prefer you pay in dollars. When I mention from my booking confirmation I had choice in paying in dollars or local currency and I chose their local currency because the rate was good they asked me to go and change it to dollars. One evening my sugar and tea wasn't filled up. I called house keeping to bring some tea and sugar. After half an hour later had to call them again. They never turned up! When I query this the following morning, the staff on the front desk was finding it hard to understand me and at the end told me the first few were complementary and they would be an additional pay. The same day the house keeping topped my tea and sugar for no extra cost I travel to Cario

I believe it can be ranked as the best hotel in Cairo. Beautiful large landscape and clean air. Run by armed forces.

Its really bad hotel and you feel the you are at military service because of the staff they don have any experience and the hotel is very dirty from inside , food is awful i was booked for 5 nights and i couldnt stay for only 3 nights .. Never do it again

Staff spoke poor English, some didn't speak English at all Staff didn't know the International Convention Centre, at 1 km distance from the hotel. They made no effort to search on a map or internet, and when I showed them on google maps, they still could not tell me in which direction it was. Front desk personal refused to help me find a little shop where I could buy some small snacks. They hotel itself didn't sell any small snacks, but she said it was forbidden to bring any food or drinks into the hotel

Extravagent, clean, excellent facilities, bowling, swimming pool, restaurants,

Internet wasnt working, no wifi, loud music, no shops in walking distance, not allowed to bring food and drinks from outside, not allowed to walk around the garden areas until after 1:00pm.

The sea food restaurant is amazingggg

The air conditioning system is very poor. We had an issue in the booking, the reception couldnt find our nooking and they had to call the marketing departetment to settle things.

Breakfast can be better than current by adding more to the menu

The hotel location is so good u can go anywhere also it is so luxury in everything u feel wow when u r there. Room was well designed, furnished & always clean. Staff was so great, helpful & smiley. So many cafes & restaurants with varieties for food & atmosphere. Hotel is suitable for families, groups , couples & solos as well

Rooms which have pool view are worth staying, hotel is palatial

Breakfast is not upto expectation

ماعتقد تخيلت يوم ان الاستقبال يطلب صورة الحجز من جوالي وقت تسجيل الخروج من الفندق وصور جوالي بالطابعه !!!!!!
