food were a little expensive, but you may expect a not great service from the waitress. luck of language or training
being an international hotel may be sta staff should know more other languages like at leasr english
Clean and hygene facilities
Room is too small. Replinshment of room aminities need to be attended to more carefully
It is like a resort and I liked the furniture, the cafe and restaurant
They do not have double bed room !
The hotel premises are excellent however bottom line staff have no idea about what customer device is Communication between staff and gusts needs lots if improvement
Room clean in was not the best although manager input was great but looks like cleaning is laking appropriate supervision Expensive for little service No wifi available in rooms made my stay horrible
The hotel is extremely beautiful and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is not expensive therefore we got great value for our money. An amazing hotel and experience.
The hotel is located in a quiet zone,, much comfortable for a relaxing slightly business stay,, the staff are very gentle also
The staff is very helpful and welcoming, the security service is very efficient and the price is right.
Wifi is not available in rooms, only in the reception area. Rooms are not well acoustically isolated so late arrivals and unpolite people can be disturbing at night.
Beautiful vast landscape and well maintained gardens, great food at various restaurants. But little remote, though taxis are available outside the security gate. No alcoholic drinks. Quit location, very relaxing.
Though everything went fine. I had an issue with the car that drove me to the airport. I discovered that what some staff refer to as limousine is private car owned by their friends that they personally arrange and it is 3-4 times the cost of a normal taxi. I hope that the hotel management would take a note of this, because it doesn't jive with 5+ stars hotel.
+friendly staff +nice area directly around hotel +good breakfast +good rate with booking.com +close to airport +high security level
-limited WIFI (did not work 3 days) -no breakfast outside -no facilities (restaurant/shops,etc.) in close distance
I believe it is the best hotel in Cairo
View, restaurants, garden around the hotel amazing, services,
We paid 30 dollars for transfer, and at check-out they requested 5 dollars more. Basically because we did not tip the taxi driver.
We were a couple celebrating our first anniversary what we got was a decent room but two separate twin beds !?? We complained they promised us another room with a queen or king bed they called they then denied our request saying " no rooms left sorry we have
No internet in the rooms!!
bigger room size
I've enjoyed my stay at the hotel. the environment and design is very unique, in Cairo. more of resort settings. The place is very secured. The level of service is impressive, the staff is very kind, pleasant and delight to deal with. I will definitely come back.
There is a wedding almost every day in the main floor and the music and noise coming from wedding hall is too loud and can be heard from the bedroom. The lack of wireless internet in rooms (only wired), though it might be sort of security.
The decor and cleanliness of the hotel was to a high standard. We didn't mind being away from the center of Cairo as we would just grab a taxi to where we wanted. This may not be ideal for everyone (i.e. took us over an hour to get to the pyramids of Giza, and a little less for the center and historic Cairo).
We felt the hotel was let down by front of house staff, security, and staff in more senior positions. Their attitude could often be unhelpful, indifferent and at times even hostile. For example, we were not given the room we had booked (there was no bath and we had twin beds instead of a double). The person at the desk initially refused to change the room when my husband pointed out the mistake (they said that we should just put the beds together) and we had to argue considerably with them to do so. We were promised a new room the next day, yet they rescinded on their promise and refused to change our room. They finally changed the room after further persistence from our part. We also found the hotel's security quite gruff, even when they had become more familiar with us. It's a real shame, at a time when Egypt's economy is in desperate need of tourists, one would have thought that the hotel staff would have been more polite. The porters and general serving staff were much friendlier however, their seniors would do well to learn from their behaviour.
The hotel is very nice, but the location and the staff service is not so good some times.
Staff ,camera wasnt allowed ,hotel feels like military base
Overall decor and comfort of the room, security, staff, quietness.
If you are a first-time tourist in Cairo, location is not near any of the sights.
Very good place.
without Wi Fi, the staff worked very slowly
The landscape and facilities of the hotel
Poor service, you ask for sandwich in the pool bar it comes 45mins later, room size is small and tight, no place to put luggage
really, Nothing, i booked for 9 nights, i checked out after 3 nights. couldn't take it any more
though we booked for 9 nights, we checked out after 3 nights, very poor hospitality , staff does not speak a word of English, rooms are too small, toilets are too small, they search you every time you enter the hotel we were not allowed to bring any thing from out side, even bottle of milk for our little daughter... it feels like a military guest house and not a hotel....
