The suite was very roomy and clean. Close to many cafes and restaurants.

The balcony is very narrow and makes it difficult to sit outside.

I enjoyed my stay and this is my second time to stay at the same hotel It's highly recommended.

Nothing at all every thing is good and clean

The rooms were nice and clean and spacious.The staff were very friendly. Mr Raafat the manager (who speaks excellent English) was very helpful and organised cars for us to and from the airport. He also helped us with anything else we needed and his office ladies organised a sightseeing trip for us. There was a lovely family atmosphere and we felt very comfortable there. It is very convenient for the beach and Montazah. We would certainly stay there again and highly recommend it

The hotel manager and staff really went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I'm very grateful for how accommodating and helpful they were - I used to live in Alexandria and still travel regularly to Egypt, so I can confidently say from experience that this level service is very rare indeed. Initially I had booked for just two nights, but on the strength of the service and pleasant environment I extended my stay for another week. An excellent job by all staff, well maintained apartments, everybody always polite and friendly. My children even felt the hospitality and my three year-old son fell in love with the staff! I can't really think of anything negative to say - the name of the street is not really known to taxi drivers (it is a side street connecting Abdu-n-Naser street to the corniche), but this may only be a problem when first arriving by taxi. The hotel are happy to arrange a pick up from the airport (both Cairo and Borg El Arab/Alexandria) and their rates are competitive. You won't get ripped off.

I visited Alexandria , because I have there my business partners. I stayed in Alexandria mediterranean Suites hotel .It was my great time , I felt comfortably and like at home.Thanks to Mr. Raafat and all his staff, I am very honest to know Mr. Raafat and I wish to come back soon.

The place is located near by well known land marks such as "Jelaty Makram" a very well known ice-cream vendor in Alexandria

Internet access costs extra and nowadays internet and wireless connections are free almost all around the world

I spent only 1 day at Alexandria Mrditerranean Suites, but I am so happy to visited this place. I met people respecteable, kind and very friendly. I felt like in my homeland. I lived very nice time in Alexandria Mediterranean Suites. I felt comfortably and realy very nice with people and their behaviour. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by the front desk staff. Very friendly and helpful. Located in quite a nice area with abudance of food and other conveniences. Value for money as the room comes with set breakfast and set dinner. Free wifi at the restaurant. Walking distance to the beach. Cheap & easy to catch the local van to some of the places of interest.

The floor is very dusty.

After long working day it's great to find nice and clean bed to sleep and the nice thing it's great when you week up in the morning and you have big smile at your face because you sleep well and ready for the new working day. I like it so much it's very comfortable and the thing I like it so much I feel that I'm at home. Thank you so much for the great staff they are very nice and they are willing to help in all way. The great thing I found out something Mediterranean Suites it's the best apartment to stay in Alexandria, Egypt because I stayed in many other hotels but not like Mediterranean Suites I don't know what to say all the staff it's great and nothing to say more than thank you and I will come again I was read the comment in booking.com and it's true I recommended this hotel apartment to any one need clean and nice service at list they are very polite and it's hard in Egypt no one do something for you for free they are not waiting at all after they done what they do for me and the funny thing I tip them they don't accept it at all because that they rules but I live it at the reception Thank you for the nice staff and nice service My comment and not bad comment the street are Nero and elevator are small but it's excellent service and good luck for Mediterranean Suites

everything was great and very nice

I was traveled with my girlfriend so my priority of choosing a hotel is it must be safe inside. I believe this is something basic that a hotel should offer to their guest in a tourist country like Egypt but if you look at comment on booking.com, surprisingly it doesn't seem to work that way. However, regarding safety , Alexandria Mediterranean Suites really exceed my expectation. The manager and front office staff are so friend and trust-able that you don't feel like you are in Egypt. The first night we want to go to a shopping mall and we ask the hotel manager how we can manage to do that. He gave us three options with all the price and recommend to take the public bus which is the cheapest to travel. He even took us to the bus stop which is about 3 minutes walk from hotel, get us a bus and tell the driver where we are going and the price same local people. Ever after we took local bus to everywhere and we couldn't count how much money we had safe compare with if we took the taxi during our stay. Alexandria is a nice place but like all the tourist city, you can fell people are trying to get something from you. It is very important to have someone you know you can trust and ask for advice for. For that Alexandria Mediterranean Suits is the one that you can really count on. I 'm more than happy to recommend this hotel to anyone who want to have a safe and enjoyable stay in Alexandria. You will feel the different once you walk into the hotel.

This place is just bulding without any services very very boor and there is nothing related between this place and the meaning of hotel or suites CAN YOU IMAGINE ... U CAN NOT CLOSE THE BATHROOM DOOR WHILE U ARE INSIDE IT BECAUSE ITS VERY VERY SMALL !!!!!!!!!!! very bad location very very bad furnture too bad bathroom I paid for 3 nights and i stayed only one night because the I recpect my self
