    Certainly as a hotel with more than 30 years of age it shows some signs of that age yet very well maintained. Saff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast buffet is also good.

    croissants were not that fresh.

    Bathroom, door, ware drop all were very old and need a severe maintenance!

    Location is good because near to my guides home.Staff is very helpful and friendly.

    Hotel needs refurbishment,renovation in every aspect.Old furnitures welcomes you in enterence at Lobby and continues in lifts, corridors and in rooms.I paid 90 $ per night and definately not worth that price.

    The Location,

    I have booked the hotel through booking.com where it is mentioned "Massage is available in the Hotel", and after a tiring day spent at Pyramids, when I asked for massage service, the reply is "There is no massage in this hotel",. So please be fair when you promoting your services to attract the buisness.

    A wonderful stay . The staff were excellent and did everything possible to make my stay comfortable. I had breakfast in room and the orange Joyce was freshly squeezed plus the bread and croissants were delicious. The bank couldn't change my money one day as the system had gone down . The manager himself went to change my money outside the hotel. I think that is so helpful and goes beyond what I expected. The location is brilliant and that's the main reason I chose baron. You are close to city stars and other places that I needed to go to. It's not the city stars intercontinental but then you you must pay double what you pay in baron so for me I prefer to pay half the money and have more spending money.

    Good ambiance at ground floor and restaurant

    1. Worst part all rooms and lifts were with stinking carpets, if they provide rooms with out carpet then it has worth 2. 12th March 2014 morning no hot water 3. No wifi inside the rooms in today's modern world, difficult to work from reception all the time from reception where wifi is free 4. There is no dedicated zone for smoking every where people were smoking, how a guest(non smoker like me) can work at reception with free wifi

    Breakfast food was tasty and a lot of varieties.

    The room was completely different than the one i saw on the website, facilities vs money were extremely poor, i had to buy the water and coffee in the room even though it is a 4 stars hotel, my room door did not lock properly and i arrived after a night flight, house keeping entered my room when i had the do not disturb sign out, room service disturb me twice just to ask me how was my coffee.. I had to pay for breakfast where i can see that everyone was having free breakfast. I was unsatisfied and disappointed that i used booking.com to book this hotel, i checked out the next day.

    The staff are extremely friendly and helpful at all times.

    The hotel needs to make more efforts to be consistent in the services they provide, especially in house keeping and room service. For example, house keeping staff continiously forgot to replenish towels to the point that I had none in the room and had to call the reception for assistance. Also, room service would, for example, provide drinks but not glass to drink from also forcing me to call and remind them about it. These are small things but do much to alter the service perception of the guest.

    The bed was very comfortable. I had a wonderful view of Baron Palace.

    I would have liked to have had hand towels and free internet in the room.

    Loction

    Very poor services and very poor rooms doesn't deserve the price at all .. it should be 2 stars hotel. The room door locker was damaged and they didn't change the room and insisted to fix it at night by asking the maintance man ato come up!! Also two days later the bathroom got water damaged from the ceiling casuing damage in electricity and the bathroom got sunk and then only they were forced to change the room!! While check-in they informed me that they upgraded my room due to i am a booking's customer but they were lying as they gave me this poor room and when they moved me to another room due to water damage , then i discovered that they have better ones. For the breakfast they provide me less items than what was written in the menue and the chief claimed that the new menu in the room is so new and the management had not time to provide a copy to the kitchen !!! Very messy hotel.
