I really liked people working in the hotel, they were very friendly, even some of them don't speak English they always tried to be helpful. The bathroom looked like builders left it in the middle of the job, floor was dirty from cement and there was water leaking from the toilet so the floor near the toilet was always wet. The other problem was that people smoke everywhere. I was waking up at night because someone was smoking on the corridore and the gap under the door was enough big for the smell to come in. |

Hotel staff was very good. But all the staff can't speak english. Breakfast was good & they provided even in the morning 5.30 when we started for Alexandria city trip. Tours programs what they arranged was costly & that too without guide. They say the driver will be a good guide, But they were not so informative. They don't have a name board in the building for this hotel. Because this hotel has only two floors in that building. Even the local drivers c'dn't identify the hotel easily. Location can be updated as 100 meters before miami cinema & opp to Jewish temple. |

The hotel is very centrally located, it is easy to walk to a place for breakfast, to see the lively streets, to the egyptian archeological museum. Personnel is friendly and happy to sell you something. The first night they made us stay in a room with lots of mosquitos in a terrible bed, contrary to what we made a reservation for. The personnel persistently tried to sell us their choice of excursions that we thought were all quite overpriced and easy to arrange by ourselves/for ourselves. |

Hotel location is great, 5 mins from metro, 10 mins from Egyptian museum. Breakfast is ok for an egyptian hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is clean I asked for airport transfer by mail and i didn't get any response. I had a single room smoking, and i got one non smoking with a separate bathroom. |

The hotel is centrally located and offered good value for money. Lighting inside the rooms could have been better. Toilets/Bathrooms could be made more clean. |

The boys in the reception are very nice and helpfull. Very good trips can be aranged from them for the customers. Ahmed is the best guy we met in Egypt and he helped us a lot!! It could be a little more clean, but for a budget hotel of Cairo, it was good. |

-the location is good . 10 to 15 min walk to the eyptian Museum and the main square with restaurants . - Rooms very old and would need to be refurbished . Breakfast very limited choices espacially if you wake up after 8 am ! Rooms full of mosquitoes and carpet could be cleaner . Staff : some of them are nice , some of them just want to trick you ( we asked them for a taxi to go back to airport and they charged us twice the price ...for a private car that seemed to be a friend's car !!) . |

Hotel located in central position, close to all, very good staff, well to have free wifi, working lift, quickly answer to all questions. Good also for the family. The only really not in high standard is breakfast, possible to improve quality and quantity. |

This is a small, simple, local standard hotel, but considering Cairo overall standards and hotel category this makes for a surprisingly convenient stay. I used it for conference travel. Ahmed at the reception is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the heart of Cairo, and you can walk both to the Egypt Museum, as well as to the old town. There is a metro station just around the corner as well. The hotel is not signaled outside, and it is hidden away on the third floor of a normal apartment/office building. You also should be aware that administration and organization is run on a somewhat ad-hoc basis. So you might want to get some re-confirmation on your reservation before heading to Cairo. |

The price, the location Be sure to get a confirmation on the free transportation from the airport, we did so (we had to call), and someone was waiting for us. When you try the availability in booking.com, a message appears that you will pay in the end of your stay. Print that message, it will not appear afterwards. We had a fight with the receptionist the night we arrived (1:00 am), because he would not let us in our room if we didn't pay in advance. Do not pay in advance. At first they put us in a room with no window and a broken bathroom door. The next day after we protested they changed us to a better room without a/C. The hotel is dirty for any western standards (then again, this is so in whole Cairo). Unbelievably many mosquitos. |
