We had a great time at the Cairo Marriott Hotel. Staff was extremely friendly, garden is lovely. Anything we needed was taken care of promptly and with a smile. I live in Dubai and we don't get this level of service at comparable hotels here. I'd go back in a second.

The Location in the Zamalek with a nice view on Nile River. Staff are very helpful, and the hotel's rooms & facilities are clean. They have also a charming garden where you can enjoy Shisha with relaxing drink ;) I believe for such a 5 star hotel with its high rate, should offer Free Wifi Internet.

Spacious executive room with beautiful view. Very relaxing. Carpets in rooms as well as in corridors seem old and sort of dusty. Not sure if this is by design or by act.

Excellent staff It was in a state of decay - though the same could be said of Cairo. Overpriced. You have to pay for internet which is a Marriott thing and they should be ashamed making people pay extra.

I liked nothing because I was in a bad mood I checked in at 3:15 am, and requested a late check out since I was having a meeting in Maadi, and I am leaving the same day; Duty Manager early morning refused, and at 10 00 am I left for the meeting. I finished the meeting at 16 00, so I called them to take my trolley from the room. I wish they accepted late check out considering that I checked in early morning and leaving the same day. Shame on that Mnagement.
