Very well trained and friendly staff, excellent service; Very good gym / pool, open 24 hours; Variety of foods and restaurants to choose from We started off in a room next to an nelevator shaft under renovation and felt like being dumped in a construction site. However, upon complaining this was speedily rectified and we ended up in a very nice room with Nile view. The breakfast included in the booking.com package was very basic and substandard compared with the usual breakfast served in a different location. |

Nice garden, pleasant room, possibility to take a shower in the gym in the evening after we checked out. As in general in Egypt, that even at the toilet there is someone who 'helps' you and expects some money. |

The grounds within the hotel were high class along with the availability of shops to its guests. Its location was central the most attractions in the city area. The rooms were clean to a high standard. I would not say that this hotel is value for money as it was expensive to stay at and just the cost of a bottle of water in-room was exhorbitant. It was also very expensive to eat at any of the restaurants and cafes within the hotel complex. |

Very good location. A haven in busy Cairo but close to centre. The facilities and choice of restaurants were excellent and the Executive Floor deal very good value |
