Egyptians are very friendly people, and even the poorest person will show hospitality .
Receiption Staff were really nice and helpful
Garden and restaurants staff rude and keep arguing with each others in front of guests
just the location
how they treat there customers ????
1) The Happy Hours were excellent. 2)Staffs were good, they served good. 3)The location is excellent, 4)Security is very good. 5) I will recommend this hotel for security. 6)Excellent landscape.
1) Food prices exorbitantly high, 2)drinking water bottle in the room was priced @ $5.00 per 330 ML.which is a ripoff. 3)Room prices were high. Value for the money is very very poor. 4)The check-in took more than 25 minutes. The staff was rude and did not pay attention to my booking and my requirement. In spite of providing my proof of Marriott Golden Membership, he did not allocate me the Niles view room. 5) I was upgraded very minimally . 6) This facility is overly priced.
Place, sttaff, pool,
The rate of the American Dollar was higher than the market
Spacious, clean room with excellent Nile view, friendly staff, delicious food.
Fantastic facilities, nice staff, the hotel is 24/7 alive I could never be board
Wifi Wifi Wifi,, very bad external service provider, I had to call everyday like 3 to 4 times to have the connection
I loved how my room had a wide panoramic view of the Nile. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and I was quite impressed with the hotel's in-house restaurant 'Steakhouse' and 'Tuscany'
My room needs to be gentrified. The stains on the carpet floor did get under my skin. I felt that my package could have included breakfast as I was spending a fortune on my 48-hour visit. The parking was expensive for 2-days especially that I was a guest at their room. The towels in my room wore dry and worn out, they need to gentrify their linen, towels and bathtub curtains..
Excellent location can be utilise much better for more recreation
Long time for checking in And longer for checking out It should be maximum 5 muinte
الانتظار الطويل عند check in and check out
Staff are very rude! They said our booking is camceled, took advantage of us to re sell the rooms at higher price, rooms are not clean, they ga e a married couple 2 beds!! Very ignorant , i cant cescribe the way they treat us, 3 young couple! We stayed 1 night then moved to ritz.. Even the quality of people is low class, they follow our wives to elevators!! Security is smoking!
Location of the hotel and the overall atmosphere
Some staff are very loud and no need to discuss work roster in public
Beautiful building Nice view Good size rooms
Old furniture (over used) Dated room décor (ugly and dirty curtains)
Location and amenities
they can improve wifi
not only a hotel, I could say it is a small resort. it has many restaurants, bars, shops, and a great Shisha (Hooka) coffee. might not need to get out of it if short trip
this hotel is a haven from the city with the gardens around the pool filled with locals enjoying the evenings - its a 15 minute walk to the Egyptian museum, across the bridge
the checkin is as bad as you will ever experience - we had 6 guests and 3 checkin staff; each checkin lasting between 10 and 15 minutes. The lady duty manager's only response was to explain that one trainee only had 3 months experience on the front desk and taet the system was too complcated even for staff with 2 years experience. She managed a "thank you for your comments". Marriot need to replace the management team before tourism picks up
The classical style
The internet is poor some how
to have more food and beverage option
Environment, facilities, food
service sometimes a bit slack
the way they trade the customer are very bad the chick in and chick our take long time
Location Zamalik The garden
I don't have something in my mind now
