Excursion planner, Bassem was excellent! The hotel changed their 3 star rating to a 4 star rating. Overpriced for what they advertised. |

The hotel staff and restaurant staff went out of their way to help us. You could tell that they were well looked after and enjoyed working for this establishment. I would have liked the hotel to have offered me an airport transfer when I initially made the booking. When we arrived, it was a mission to get to the Camel Hotel. |

I liked that Camel Hotel is downtown, close to bars and restaurants, to the beach and all the main facilities of Sharm Unfortunately Camel is close to Pacha discoteque where loud music is played untill 4am: I needed ear plugs to sleep! [this is why I put poor for comfort] |

Has its own diving club, nice bar. Not on the beach (access to other resort's beaches given free of charge). Price too high for the facilities available. |

free safe and fridge in the hotel room. Always sunloungers available around the pool. Great location and restaurants. The floor in our room needed a good scrub with bleach. The hotel staff could could smile a bit more. The staff in vanilla were rude but hopefull was just a one off. |

The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff were friendly and it was very quiet. Also, the beds were comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent. Additionally, I met some very nice people. It was just a bit expensive in terms of New Zealand dollars, and in the end I did not dive with Camel because of the cost. Next time I will stay at a lower grade hotel that is further from town and does not have a pool, since I did not need the pool or the central location. But that is a person decision, the hotel was very good. |

The central location and the convenience and organisation of the Camel Dive Centre. The hotel is classed as 4 star accomodation but 3 star would be more appropriate as the room looked a bit tired. |

Excellent service, clean hotel and great helpful staff. Highly recommend staying here. The Dive centre was also really good. Great location in the heart of naama bay, 2 mins to beach. |

Excellent integration with the on-site diving school. Two very good restaurants, and a marvellous ice cream place made it totally unnecessary to leave the hotel. Some of the room furniture should be upgraded. The TV could be replaced by something a little more modern, and the A/C was a bit noisy. |

We were in Cairo and we found the Camel Dive hotel on the internet after googling hotels in Sahrm El Sheikh. We consider ourselves very lucky as it was a great hotel. It's often hard to tell on the net exactly what your getting and we shudder at some of the other places that we could have ended up staying at when we recognize the names while walking past. The staff was amazing and very responsive to their guests needs. The cleaning staff were also excellent and had a high attention to detail. We found it great value for our money and a great location. |

Staff were friendly and helpfull, great location in Ne3ma Bay right on the main strip and had two great restaurants, along with the fantastic Camel Bar! It didnt have its own private beach, they did provide us with access cards to another beach but that means there was no control on the kind of people sitting beside you |

Things went very smoothly from pick up to check out. Staff were really friendly, dive operation was fantastic, and the restaurants were great. The only thing I could complain about was that it only had a shower and no bath tub. |
