Nothing relly about the hotel, but since it is location at the heart of shopping street of Naama bay taxi or cars cant go in front of the hotel before 6am and after 6pm. So if you are arriving early in morning or late in the evening, you have to walk for 5-10 mins from the nearest main road to the hotel. Also, there are no Egyptian restaurants in the neighbourhood - which of course is not a fault of the hotel, but if you want to eat authentic egyptian food every dinner, you are probably better off staying close to Old market. lastly, the tours and airport pick up drop off fro this hotel is expensive, so better you find other tour agencies for those.
Very good location (it is actually on the main street of Naama Bay, which we figured out after reaching, and it was great!) very caring and friendly staff, they scanned id of outside travel agency reps who used to pick us up in the hotel for our safety. Wonderful all you can eat breakfast, great Indian Tandoori restaurant inside the hotel. It is a perfect place to stay if you want to take diving lessons. Finally, they were very kind enough to let us sit in the private beach for two hours even after we checked out. overall, very good impressions!
