The room was comfortable and cozy. The rooftop terrace has a great view and is lovely for sunset. Because I was there over Ramadan, I (and all other guests) were invited to feast every evening. Very yummy food and very generous and attentive hosts. Mohammed and Mahmoud were very accommodating and helpful organizing cars and excursions.

The comfortable bed, spacious room, and lovely balcony made me feel like a queen at Cleopatra Hotel. The gorgeous roof top for breakfast and meals overlooks ancient tombs hidden in the mountains and not to mention daily hit air balloons sitting the sky. Also, we were pampered by Mahmoud He was so kind in helping us with our every need. I appreciate that he always greeted us with a warm smile. He anticipated our needs before we even asked.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were really helpful. They allowed me to pay a combination of EGP and GBP which hotels in Giza did not allow (they only accepted usd). They welcomed us with a drink and helped us to take our bags to our room. The room was quite spacious with a dresser a large double bed and a great balcony. The roof top was the best with partial view of the Nile and a great place to enjoy some smoke and breakfast. They had Ful , omelettes, bread, cheese , salad and coffee/ tea for breakfast. Pretty nice stay and pretty good price. You will never find a cheaper hotel in Luxor with such facilities. They are in the West Bank and people in the West Bank are a lot better than people in the East Bank. We crossed the river and went to the East Bank and OMG, so much of cheap people setting you up for a big tip. Cleopatra Hotel was conveniently located in the West Bank where the people are really nice.

Great Place to stay if you are travelling on a budget. The manager was very approachable and helped us to navigate from our accommodation to east bank of Luxor and organize trips. Also this hotel is cooperating with an astute egyptologist guide who is passionate about ancient Egyptian history and will be able to address all your queries on an academic level.

This was such a beautiful hotel on the West Bank of Luxor with the most amazing staff! They arranged tours, transfers, everything we needed. It's located in a lovely residential neighborhood with a stunning roof terrace with great views of the Valley of the Kings. I absolutely recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Cleopatra Hotel, unfortunately only for one night. The staff was really welcoming and helpful. A big thanks also to Mahmut for the nice Egyptian Breakfast on the wonderful rooftop terrace with a view on the Temple of Hatschepsut. Located at Westbank, it's a comparable calm location but a very good starting point for a visit to the valley of the kings etc. Definitely to recommend!
