EXCELLENT facilities, VERY close to airport...hotel had a shuttle waiting for us as we arrived at airport. Arrangements easy to be made for activities (diving, snorkeling, watersports). I had to pay $130 (US) for internet service for the week....a 4-5 star hotel should have internet service included. I also had to pay for a coffee maker to be brought to the room for the week and they made no effort to provide more coffee when I completed what little they gave me to begin with. Again...4-5 star hotel, coffee should be included. |

Cleaners and pool staff - very friendly! Kids (10 years) were not allowed to play billiard because there is in house rule - below 12 not allowed but you can't find this kind of information from webside. Beech area is overcrowded. Tripel rooms doesn't exist. |

i enjoyed the privacy and the beach club...the friendlyness of all the staff. i didnt like the fact there was no wirelsess provided in the rooms....the cost is way too high...given the fact of hotel cost i would expect wireless to be included in stay and not an added charge..as it is readily available world wide., |

It is really an amazing hotel. They have everything you want for a beautiful vacation such as pool activities (Volly ball, aerobics, games), nice bar in the middle of the pool. Also, the food is good with great prices compared to other hotels with bad food and expensive. very nice rooms especially the sea view room it is hilarious. For me i will do it again again with this hotel. |

If you are not an all inclusive customer, I dont recomment this hotel! Never ! Also Concierge is terrible therefore you can feel yourself in a prison! |

The staff were very friendly and helpful , snorkelling by the corals was amazing , and all the services or excursions provided by the hotel were actually very well priced ( as opposed to the Ritz that i stayed in before) . I would def. go back there again and recommend this hotel to friends and family. It didnt offend me or bother me personally , but some families with kids might not be comfortable with the amount of nudity by the beaches and pools. Nothing too extreme though. |

Beautiful location and view over the sea. Nice and clean rooms. Very convenient the shuttle service to and from downtown. Breakfast was good, but buffet dinner much less.. We preferred to go downtown Naama Bay for dinner |

It had a nice layout. It is good for a relaxing vacation. The numbering plan of the rooms was very confusing. It took me a while to find my room. |

rooms clean, lots of sports activities I booked a king size bed at sharm hotel and was offered two single beds that were joined together to form a king size bed and same thing happened at Cair, helliopiles hotel and when I asked for room change I was told that hotel is fully booked |

La posizione in riva al mare e' molto buona con una bella barriera corallina, la struttura esterna e' funzionale. Lo consiglierei a persone giovani che non hanno problemi di ambientamento e che amano soprattutto il mare. Le stanze sono arredate in modo datato, in particolare il bagno e' piccolo e vecchio, i letti ed i cuscini sono scomodi. La struttura e' troppo orientata al turismo di massa, e' piu' un villaggio che un hotel a 5 stelle |
