El paisaje que hay al frente del hotel, junto con sus servicios, la comida es buena y variada, mantienen controlados los mosquitos con fumigación, personal amable

Aunque el personal es muy amable, su presentación personal no es la adecuada para un hotel de 5 estrellas, mal aliento, olores fuertes en su cuerpo, falta mejor ingles en sus empleados. Nuestra habitación era muy buena, sin embargo deben preocuparse por no dejar q se vean viejas las cosas, el baño necesita retoques, la cortina estaba rota, la boquilla no estaba completa, son pequeños detalles que harían q la habitación fuera perfecta

Different activities, Animation team, room size, location near Soho square, aqua park in the back section of the hotel

Old facilities and furniture need some remake, expensive for Egyptians while foreigners get much better deals, distance from rooms to beach is far and no direct way of elevator, food is just ok.

the location, facilities, people, staff, sharm elsheikh was fantastic , soho square is a perfect destination in Sharm. I love it

rooms need to be re-innovated. breakfast buffet is good but dinner was not good at all

- room very clean - good position 10 min by taxi to new naama bay and 15 to old naama bay (better more original) - better take a taxi outside the hotel - beatiful wiew - beatiful beach

I like the place, the beach is large, there is place for everybody , they arrange nice boat trips, don't miss!, outside the hotel , soho square walk area , u can find there nice restaurants, live parties, bazars, prices are reasonable, food is good, everyday there is live music after dinner , good luck

The waiters in all bars and restaurants were not providing a good service unless you tip them every time . Food were limited and tasteless . Price is really high compared to other hotels

This is my second visit to the hotel .. I like the room options and beach side ... It near Soho squere which is a nice and clean place. The spa servisies is very good with many thanks to Nada

For the second time ... Some of the Staff working in the main restaurant need some trainings in how to deal with guests!! I faced 2 rode staff Mamdoh who was very aggressive to questions!! And he was smiling with Russians girls!!! And Mustafa who feelt that because we were not in all inclusive that we are going to eat for free!!! What a stubed man ,,, all this because I asked him what they have in menue for dinner !! And he start asking about room number to let me know later we ar not in all inclusive !!! Who asked you to chick this!!!! This part of the hotel is the worst

The staff are fantastic nothing is too much trouble. The food in the main restaurant is excellent.We had a family suite which had an amazing amount of space but could do with updating. Overall a brilliant holiday

The all inclusive package could be made simpler to understand. The local alcholic drinks are vile & to purchase premium bands is very expensive. The only disappointing dining eperience we had was in the Italian,the selection poor & stone cold definately not worth the bother.

I liked the hotel so much. Rooms are very comfortable. Food was excellent testy. Liked the animation team, the pool , the indoor pool and the sea were you can make diving. I liked all the hotel facilities and definitaly the staff which were very helpful an always smile.

I recommand if the kids club can continue open till midnight.

Great location, perfect for snorkeling. Rooms, poolside and beach are kept clean.

Food (at breakfast and dinner) is average. The hotel caters primarily to Russian tourists, so all excursions & activities are made in Russian language!!

-Location -Design, specially the swimming Pool. -Activities and sports.

-Check-In took one hour as the room was not ready, although I arrived at 1:30 pm and rooms should have been ready. -At night nothing to do except a nightclub which is open from 11:00 pm. The Hotel is missing an oriental Cafe (they have two or three tables where they serve Shisha beside the restaurant) and a theatre. The good thing is that Soho square is three minutes walk from the hotel.

The staff were wonderful, very friendly and very very helpful.

The free wi-fi was very unpredictable - did not always work.

It´s recent clean and confortable. 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes walking to Soho sq ( attention Soho sq restaurants and shops only work at night). Beautiful swimming pool and the two small ones with hot water (very nice). The corals in the beach have plenty of colored fishes.

The staff on the restaurant. They only function properly with tips. If you don´t give prepare yourself to wait each time you need something. I was half board and made a few meals besides that, has I had to pay the meals and the drinks, the staff were allways pressuring us to sign the paper. The water slides aren´t in the front hotel, but in the other hotel of the group. 10 minutes walking or by hotel bus every 10minutes. The night shows are very poor. Nothing much to do with childrens after sunset.

Animation Stuff never smile or talk with you if you are not from russian they all know well english but make animasyon only for russian guest if you not russian sory you are quality even pay more money than them

Location is good as it is located near SOHO Square, hotel is clean in general and there are several facilities for entertaining.

Lack of proficiency in customer satisfaction is clearly in place when you ask for something. Many of the staff and their supervisors are not pleasant when dealing with guests. They always make you feel that you are wishing & requesting for more than you deserve.

The staff were all very nice and excellent service.

The swim up bar/pool water was to cold for anyone to enjoy.

I read some reviews that said the staff were not friendly or helpful, actually I found the staff very accommodating and they even upgraded us to a sea view. Great hotel, great location and I would happily return.

Perhaps have some tourist reps who can help with excursions that can speak english. I know that the majority of the guests are Russians but encouraging English speaking reps could help.

For me the hotel provided the perfect solution for having a care-free holiday beach holiday with young children. The hotel has a private beach with plenty of chairs to relax and let the children play in the sand, while me and my partner took turns snorkeling at the coral reef next to the hotel. We stayed in a family suite which is big and nicely located next to one of the heated swimming pools. This allowed us to keep an one eye on our daughter playing in the pool while at the same time staying with our youngest as he was taking a nap in the room! The staff in the hotel were very friendly and ready to help with anything. The transfer from the airport to the hotel was prompt and free. I would recommend this holiday to anyone wanting to have a carefree beach holiday with children, with snorkeling in the red sea.

The room (we were staying in a family suite) was a bit outdated. I don't really mind that personally but I guess there are people that are disturbed by paint peeling of the bathroom wall or not having flatscreen tv's. My biggest complaint would be that the kitchenette in the family suite was nothing more than a room with empty cupboards, a sink and a water boiler. There was nothing to cook with. I was expecting at least a microwave or one cooking plate with a pan to warm up the food for my baby. Maybe the hotel could consider better equiping the kitchen of the family suite in the future.

Location: Close to soho square, the new Neaama hub. Staff: Receptionists and pool/beach staff are very professional and friendly. Room: in our case we book a 2-bedroom suite, was clean, spacious facing the pool with nice view, but no buffet service (no coffee, tea)

Breakfast: Fair with huge improvements needed. Servant are always mad and not in a good mood (even though its early morning). The entire buffet is self service even the coffee and tea which is in other less stars hotel this service is provided to you by waiters. The entire hotel is full of Russian!!!

The hotel was perfectly positioned with the most brilliant reef right off the beach.There are also many swimming pools and facilities for children that are not offered at some of the other hotels.An added advantage was the free shuttle into Naama Bay every evening.the staff at the hotel are very courteous and helpful and emails are answered very promptly.We were fortunate enough to meet the general manager of the hotel during our stay and he was also very helpful with our queries.We had a great stay at the Concorde and would not hesitate to go there again.
