The staff was hospitable the service was more than 4 stars the nature and thewidth and extention of the resort was so gorgous and the swiming pools were so great -the restuarant was wonderful and magnificent area- it indeed remind me with scotland

The receptionist insisted to take the half of money before checking in and that defferent from most of the international hotels -the long distance between the resort and downtown

Hotel staff very helpful, rooms are clean and service better then my expectations

We came at 7 o' clock in the morning and we got the room finally at 5 o'clock after a night spended in a bus. It was a nightmare.... And was also the first time my lugguage was left outside the hotel under the sun without any control for all the time we waited the room. Unbelievable and very bad choice!!!!

I was planning to stay only two nights at the Rotana Resort Montazah for the reason of me and my wife attending a wedding at the Four Seasons Resort (short distance) but observed that the Resort staff were very friendly, eager and have the passion to render a high standard service to resort residents. That forced me to extend my stay for another 4 nights. The Room cleaning and sorting out of technical issues like heater problem and water leaks were very prompt. The smily faces and high respect from reception and other staff was very remarkable.

The breakfast varieties was very limited and this could be due to most resident stay terms were "all inclusive" versus my stay only breakfast included. Also due to resort is 22-25 km far from the city center the transportation is left to non professional service provider, you need to ongoing bargain. Timing for free shuttle is irrelevant. Resort should be more transparent to help residents to find the proper transportation at reasonable cost.

موقع الفندق بعيد عن وسط المدينة وعدم توافر خدمة النقل المجانية الى المدينة فى اوقات مناسبة مع عدم توافر انشطة ترفيهية للأطفال

الموقع رائع والخدمة جيدة جدا وطاقم الفندق متعاون ولطيف جدا

الطعام تقليدى جدا والخيارات محدودة

كل شيء كان ممتاز ما عدا الزوار العرب اللذين اتو من مصر كانو مزعجين جدا

The treatment from the staff was amazing and also the view from the room was good

The food is very traditional, less than average and there is no enough varieties. Also the desert section is very very very poor

Very good location for relaxing away from the center and noisy street. Free shuttle bus noon to Naama bay and payed shuttle @ night. A 4 stars resort so a good value for money but also don't expect too much. I wanna thank the great reception man MR. Mohssen and the Spa staff Ahmed & Maria.

Room service very slow and the floor of the pools ( both ) need a vaccium everyday. N.B. better to deal with a taxi man from outside hotel to pick you up coz the price will be double :)

Location

Staff, overall guest experience is very poor. The extra beds in the suite were very short for adults, and the mattresses were even shorter! requested several time to fix it but in vain.

المنتجع ممتاز نسبتا الى اسعار الاقامه الفندق نظيف جدا واللاستاف فيه جيدين في الاستقبال وفي المطعم فقط الرائحه في الغرف عطره دليل على النظافه وانا انصح اي شخص من سكان مصر ان ينزل به بشرط يمتلك سياره ليتنقل اذا اراد خارج المنتجع

قلة العاملين على البار او الكازينو عند الستيج وتاخر توصيل الطلبات هناك وكذلك مراقب العوم عند عمق الشاطئ كان يقوم باعمال فاضحه مع احدى نزلاء الفندق وعلى الشاطئ وامام جميع الناس وبشكل لا اخلاقي مخدش للحياه دون رقابه وهذا دليل على ضعف ادارة الشاطئ ...وكذلك بعد المنتجع عن خليج نعمه والسوق القديم يعتبر امر سلبي للنزلاء من غير سيارات خاصه بهم
