This is my second time at this hotel. i am very positive. But for winter season pool was very cold, everyday we went to beach (sea temp. was ok) Pros: -Very close shopping area (Il Mercato) -Free Shuttle service to beach and Naama Bay Center -Clean room and hospitable staff -Various food (taste is medium:( (but never become hungry) -Beach and old market is 5 min drive by taxi (everywhere 10 EGP= 1,2euro) -Hotel 25 min away from airport (100 EGP=12euro) you have to bargain with taxi driver. Cons: -There is no free internet (its expensive) -They have 1 free beach (no need to go because no fish and coral) -They have agreement with only 1 beach (Fanar beach cost 10 EGP, beach sea was perfect, full of fish and coral but beach features sunbed and sand was awful) -Kids club awful its not same with the picture.

Only booked this as are fight got moved, booked all inclusive for 1 night, after booked in, told as it's a 'party evening' we would have to paid another £120 to eat in restrant ! refused to pay, were offer food in room, never turned up, after 2 hour further haggling got in restrant food was very poor, my wife got ill, worst we had in the 2 weeks in sharm hotel was alright, apart from had a sofa bed incredably uncomfortable,

Price was good The waiters were constantly taking plates from your table when you had not finished. The bar had no change There was no internet service i the rooms The on site shop was a total rip off ,there were no prices marked

أسعار الفندق ممتازة وفريق العمل بالفندق جيد وان كان المظهر فقير فى الزى وجبه الغذاء على وجه التحديد فقيرة جدا ولا أنصح بتناولها أصر الفندق على المغادره الساعه 12 ظهرا ولم يسمحوا لى بالبقاء حتى الساعه 1.30 ظهرا كما هو معلن لدى موقعكم

The hotel has everything you need: Food, relaxation, sunbathing, swimming, sports, entertainment. The layout of the resort is very aesthetically pleasing. There are 3 shuttle buses which run from the hotel to two beaches, and Naama Bay. Food needs lot of improvement. Not very fresh. Ate dinner here on the first night, and got a stomach bug which lasted for more then a day (possibly from the salad). Don't book all inclusive as there are lots of places to eat nearby.
