the location of hotel for new shopping center was very good, good mini bus service always on time, staff were lovely and always polite and mannerely, hotel was quite which I enjoyed, the girls in the spa area were excellant, staff could not have been nicer. only one thing , bed was hard. |

The hotel offers really great value for money. I was a bit anxious reading all the reviews, fortunately they didn't appear to be true. The pool was clean, rooms fairly clean, however the furniture was quite old. The staff friendly, but some without really the knowledge of english Hotel is located quite far from the beach and Naama bay. Only 2 shuttles to the city per day, and both late in the evening. The fee was aplicable for the shuttles to the beach. Location was really not favorable. |

Very good and tidy hotel. Well mannered and nice service. Everyday polls (two) and rooms are cleaned. Massive breakfast with fresh fruit, cheese, eggs and everyday baked croissants. Good entertainment: every week belly dancers show. |

hotel staff were so freindly when I went there they gave me a back room not looking at the swimming bool and when I requested another room looking at the swimming bool they request extra charges 132.00 $ ..?? |

l'accueil , rapidité de disposition de la chambre, la nourriture, les deux piscines. la chambre triple ou le troisième lit était un "extra bed" très peu comfortable (alors que j'avais précisé trois adultes et que je désirait 3 lits normaux). |

De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding: absoluut "value for money". Heerlijk zwembad met goede bedjes. De lokatie, om de hoek van Il Mercato, een soort westerse shopping mall. Niet ver van veschillende stranden en Naama Bay Niet al het personeel spreekt Engels. De kamers zijn gehorig. |

Todella rauhallista. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Hotellihuone perus siisti ja viihtyisä. Ulkoalueet todella viihtyisät ja kauniit. Uima-altaan vesi jäätävän kylmää, ei voinut uida. Ilmeisesti vähäisen asiakasmäärän vuoksi hotellilla ei ollut mitään ohjelmaa. Mastercard ei käynyt hotellissa, vaikka tietojen mukaan olisi pitänyt. |

Schoon hotel tegen een scherp geprijsd tarief Personeel was niet altijd even behulpzaam. Daarnaast moesten we bij inchecken al betalen, dit stond niet in de reservering gemeld! |

Trivsam hotellmiljö, intresserad och bra personal, safetybox, aircondition och tv ingick i priset, rent och fint, bra med uteytor och swimmingpooler samt välsorterad frukostmat. Hotellets hänvisning till public beach som höll en låg standard. |

El precio El personal de recepcion no eran nada amable y ademas me cobraron por el taxi al aeropuerto mucho mas que el precio oficial. Cuando quize pagar directamente al taxi me dijeron que no era posible. En fin una experiencia desagradable |

Das Personal war (mit sehr wenigen Ausnahmen)sehr unfreundlich, insbesondere an der Rezeption hatte man immer das Gefühl, zu stören und wurde entsprechend kurz angebunden abgefertigt. Das Hotel ist zwar erst 1,5 Jahre alt, aber sehr abgenutzt, schmutzig und verdient mit viel Wohlwollen höchstens 1 Stern. |

Creo que las instalaciones son muy buenas y estan en muy buen estado La atencion en la recepcion no es de los mejor. A pesar de que la mayoria de las veces atendieron nuestros pedidos, muchas veces no demostraban interes y cordialidad. |
