Coral Hills Resort Sharm El-Sheikh  

they put some buses to some beaches and city center. but i don't know is this an advantage or dis. they have buses for 4 beaches and naama bay. but the hours are really dissapointing. i guess i didnt book for this otel.

i bought as just breakfast but after that i upgrade all inc. but all inc is starting at 10a.m and finishing at 10 pm. so this upgrade became very meaningless cause if you try to spend time in otel there is only 2 activities you can do, 1 reading a book ( you must get it with yourself) and sleeping. both of the ways you couldnt use all inc. thing. also they are getting everything in small cups. - classic egypt problem occurs in this otel also. if you are a stranger, they are trying to get more money from you. i asked the receptionist about casinos. like where is the nearest one etc. he told me he has a ticket for entrance to a casino and he can sell it to me. also with this ticket drinks free ( howcome :D all casinos giving free tickets to players :) ) i bought some cigarettes from otel but also they have 2 price. 1 for tourists and 1 for egyptians. i am lucky cause i am a turk and working in egypt so i know a little arabic :) but still they are trying to take more money :) - foods, activities and staff deserves 2 or 3 stars max. it's better to go a cheap otel with just breakfast or a good otel which has beach in front of it with all inc. cause you are at sharm you arent going to spend time at otel. - also if you are planning to go to sharm, be carefull about everyone. cause their mind is working like that " you are stranger and you have a lot of money for them! "

The hotel is good and clean, and the best thing is very near of super market, that you can buy whatever you need.

2 store fine pool områder, kunne dog godt have brugt at der var en poolbar så man ikke skulle hele vejen op til receptionen for at købe mad/drikkevare. God shuttlebus som kørte gratis til 5 forskellige stande, dog var 4 af disse strande betalingstrande hvor man skulle give mellem 10-30 egp for at leje liggestol. Fanar beach kan dog varmt anbefales hvis man ønske at snorkle :)

Hotelpersonalet taler dårligt engelsk og vi havde mange problemer med vores aircondition som konstant gik I stykker. Derudover synes jeg det var ærgeligt at hotellets shuttlebus kun har en aften afgang til Naama Bay som først går kl.21 Og køre tilbage 23.30.og 0.30, da vi havde mindre børn med var vi nødt til at tage taxi begge veje til Naama bay...

اعجبني بالفندق النظافة والمرافق والمسابح داخل الفندق والترفيه وقربه من شارع ميركاتو

لم يعجبني بالفندق سوء تعامل موظف الاستقبال ( محمود)كان سيء سيء للغاية .. وجعل اقامتنا في الفندق غير مريحة ..

staff are tough, unfriendly and aggressive .. none of them even smile .. Towels for beach and room are soooo old and dirty .. They don’t clean the room properly.. Minibar was sooo smelly .. bed sheets old and not clean ..

Tv not working Door Lock not working Shower leaks Room phone not working Housekeeping occasionally ignored cleaning the room
