It offered free shuttle services to beaches and markets as well as the restuarant/tourist areas. It had good swimming pool facilities. When we complained about an air conditioner not working, reception assured us it could be fixed but made no attempt to fix the problem until we spoke to the General Manager 24 hours later. It was a shame reception staff could not take the initiative and fix the problem quicker. |

The design of the resort.. open and specious The plumbing of the hotel needs development, we found red color water flowing through the taps all the time. the electrical equipments was faulty as well, Two of the three lights of my room did not work for the whole time. |

i liked the size of the room, having sitting area as well , balcony very big, new pool lovely with good view, root top fab for view of sharm, staff all very good, lovely smiles and very helpful, good security 24/7, reliable mini bus drivers, reception staff very helpful, room cleaned very well each day, shops close by, shopping center across the rood, old market near, beaches good, staff on beaches very good, food and staff excellent ate only in hotel no bad tummy, lovely new towels in bathroom and for beach, overall i enjoyed my stay and hope to return again, thanks to all the staff i had a wonderful holiday,, this part of sharm comes alive at night, music from all the hotels can be loud, but once indoors its just faint sound, only one night disco managed to wake me, think the volume had gone up a notch, |

The hotel was absolutely hideous. I was absolutely shocked by the staff and their ignorance to serve us the basics, for example, clean sheets, toilet was flooding and dirt was coming out of the shower, the loo doesn't flush and much more. It is the worst hotel I've ever been to!! Whenever we complain about the bathroom, they say they'll send someone and that person never comes. Not only it has a very poor service, but it is extremely unheigenic and we thoroughly felt unhappy. The pictures really lied to us! My children and I very much regret the trip to Sharm El-Sheikh!! |

Breakfast was ok. After switching rooms because the aircondition did not work, the 2nd room was fine with much bigger shower. Rooms are generally pretty big with one bedroom and a living room area with refridgerator, sink, stove and kitchenware. There should have been more shuttle buses to beach and old market. |

The room was cheap The staff should learn better English and give much more informations. We got a bad start when we waited more than three hours to get our room at check-in and then got a room without double bed and balcony, as requested. It's really ok that the hotel doesn't have the same standards as more expensive hotels/resorts, but (for us) the most important thing is to feel welcome and be treated nicely. We always felt like they were trying to cheat us.Generally the hotel has good potential, but it feels like the staff don't like to work there. They don't pay attention at all, and the people you talk to one day, don't remember you the next. I think the biggest improvement depends on the management to create a better moral among the staff. |
