All of the staff were extremely kind and attentive. The grounds were nicely taken care of and the view was lovely. The food was quite nice, especially the healthy vegetable sautee, and fresh fruit platter for dessert.

Although the room was fairly clean, there was a lot of dust/debris from the grout in the tile work that made the room feel dirty. The plastic shower in the bathroom was the opposite of luxury.

The staff was friendly and very helpful, the view from the room was wonderful.

The swimming pool is very small.

1. The swimming pool was quite small. 2. We've arrived to check in at around 3 AM in the morning and the hotel staff was sort of surprised and had to do some lengthy phone calls to give us our booked room. 3. Although we've only stayed for a single night, we had a problem with the electricity for no obvious reason.

very disappointed with the quality of rooms despite ordering an upgrade. i can t understand the concept of security were every where you someone is following you felt as if in a prison even while on the beach. poor staff communication. won t stay their again

Nice private beach, beautifully tended gardens, excellent food, friendly staff - this hotel is ideal for family holidays.

Room was wide but with very low quality

- Very small Pool , beach all covered with hard rocks . - restaurant was small , gets very crowded , bad air condition , food was very limited and bad taste , no fruits at all , drinking water and tea/coffee only available in breakfast. - bathroom had a broken handle, shower had a soap dispenser with what seemed to be shampoo, no conditioner or lotion. not enough towels. - Room had a small sofa that was clearly old and had torn apart pieces. - mosquitoes everywhere - no entertainment at night , very depressing. - there was no kettle and they refused to get me one at first till I started being aggressive with the receptionist. - there was a food tray filled with dirty dishes in the hallway in front of my room door for a full day and no one removed it , even with hotel staff and housekeeping passing by it multiple times but still left it there until i checked out . - location was very bad if you don't have a car as there is no near shops of any kind. - children area was mostly broken and rusted slides

It's clean , simple , spacious rooms , nice food , rooms very close to pool and beach , it's relaxing

Seaside location not bad.

Food quality and presentation. Lots of flies near food. Very bad maintenance of rooms. We were there for 3 days and every day the net screen would fall apart. We would ask for them to come and fix it. They were very efficient in responding however after it was supposedely fixed it would fall apart in no time and for 3 consecutive days the same scenario went on and of course we were brutally devoured by mosquitoes!!!!!!!!! Showers were disgusting and the shower mat was filthy.

I didn't like anything in this hotel but the beach and the location which is near by Porto Sokhna and it is quite I don't recommend to anybody to book in this hotel

Beach and price

Took 4 calls and a visit to the reception to get poison for the dozen or so mosquitoes in the room! This time we bought our own net to cover the baby cot. We got eaten a live instead though. There was no cover on the vent in the bathroom which allowed unlimited access for them. Food is bad, but price is right...

very bad in days other than week end (FRI, SAT in Egypt) as meal menu become a set menu instead of open buffet and it is a lousy menu NB: they hide this info and tell it when you almost has no choice to leave the Hotel as time already after 12:00 PM

I went @ middle of weak and my reservation include open buffit breakfast and dinner but due to occupancy of hotel it is converted to set menu pool very very small

I liked the swimming pool, the view & it's very close to Porto Sokhna. The food taste is Ok...but there are no varities, sometimes you cannot choose what to eat.

The staff is not helpful at all, they don't know how to talk or deal with the guests. There is no Lunch buffet, everyday I have to search where should I take my meal, and when you are trying to ask no body knows the answer. Room service is very slow and is not working after 8:00pm, you can ask for the housekeeping and they will come after 2 hours. The kids play ground is very poor and almost everything is broken. There is nothing to do at night in the hotel, so you have to go out. In the Dinner buffet we have to search everyday for the Pasta chef to prepare our dish.
