nice comfortable room nice location
no WiFi in rooms
perfect location clean and comfortable room
Staff is not very professional.
* it's close to metro station * the staff is very friendly * there is bath tube and comfy beds
* it's far from city center, despite the fact it looks close enough * the breakfast was very simple and restaurant looked very old * the balcony cannot be used as it's dusty outside and you see almost nothing * the hotel is just one 14th floor of tall building * the elevator was attached later and looks like 'free fall' attraction in amusement park =) * very, very expansive
- location was convenient, close to restaurants and super market ,10 minutes driving to the popular streets in Cairo. - hotel is managed by a nice young guys who are willing to help you as they can. eventhough, i was just passing by this hotel looking for my airlines office, they help me locating the office via internet, while i was not staying in this hotel even. -Room was clean and bed was comfortable to sleep, no noise from the street. - They were flexible with check out. - They organised a car to take me to the airport with a good price, even though airport service not included in their service and they are not committed to do that. - Nice few of the Nile revere on the top-roof , where the bar is located. for me is a good place to have your tea in the morning after you have your breakfast or to have your beer in the evening. - breakfast was OK for this type of hotel.
- I didn`t like the smell of my room when i arrived .i don't know if its only my room or all other rooms. - the electricity had switched off for more than 30 minutes during the night, but i think was not only this hotel , the area around this hotel also. - The elevator was small , maximum is 3 persons only.
Friendly staff , especially The girl at the reception , clean , comfortable rooms and good location , I would recomment everyone to reside in it .
Very nice staff, they will try to organize anything you want. Hotel bar on 18th floow with view over Kairo and Shisha's available
The building is not in perfect condition ... there are construction works to be done in every corner. No credit card payment possible Slow WIFI
it's my 3rd accomodate at the hotel her and was really awesome the staff are really so helpful and i really enjoyed my stay over there .. really recommended
We paid a little extra for a room with a view across the Nile and a balcony. This was well worth the extra. You can also eat on the roof top terrace and the view was spectachilar. We were very lucky as it was a beatiful clear day and we were able to see the pyarmids :-)
I did not like the lifts!
Nice hotel But they need some change any way I'll recommend this for all of my friends
I got stuck in the elevator more than 3 times
The room was fine and the bed comfortable. However it should have been cleaned more thoroughly before arrival. The bell boys and female receptionist were very pleasant and helpful. Some of the other staff however were rude and at times dishonest (charged 7.50 for a tea one night then 10 the next?!). The views from the bar and my room were great. My airport transfer was also very smooth. Overall fine.
Some rude staff. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, and if you want tea or coffee you have to keep getting up and going to the room next door to ask for it.
Sleep pillow not clean
Unprofessional staff Hotel is a mess !!! Electricity cuts off for long time and there is no generator!! Hotel is in the 16th floor and there is no electricity generator for the elevator!!!!!!!!
This is very suitable for short business trips when looking for an affordable place near Dokki or Mohandseen, the hotel room is clean, well maintained, and a little bit small but you can live in it. bathroom and beds are clean, The hotel is close to Dokki Metro station and nile street which is an advantage while moving in the city. the overall feedback of this hotel is good as it offers a very good value for money and that's what counts.
the room doesn't have any entertainment facility except the TV which is not always working, but for me it wasn't a big problem
Very affordable, great location and friendly staff
Location, Crispy clean linens, friendly staffs & Value for money
Nothing except maybe for the location.
It's written 3stars hotel. Well that's at most a 1star hotel, just because of the restaurant. The rooms are below 1star (old small bulb tv, no sofa, not even a chair, no tea kettle or even cups, etc...)
That was the worst hotel ever .i recommend removing it from booking.com
Bad staff and service. No respect at all .you need to wait for ever !!
I like location Service is not good
Very friendly staff,clean room,perfect location.
price is not semi the booking and the window in room without curtain and no parking
Room cleanliness & crispy clean bed spreads. Friendly staff specially Ms. Marian. Great location.
Bath towels shall be little bigger size. Tissue paper can be kept in the room
