Friendly Staff Excellent Service Clean and Efficient Good Food Excellent In Room Dining options

Even though I pre-paid the room they charged me again. I will have to correct this which will take time and effort.

What can I start with !!! the staff is very un profisional they treat me in a very bad way. i left the hotel early becasue they stopped my freinds from visiting me, would you imagen!!! finally what make me so ... they charged me douple the amount of money which i supposed to pay and now im waiting to see how i can get back my money. just to be clear its not my first time to visit egypt and this is the first time for me to stay in this turable hotel. i wont ever recommend it to anyone

Lost some clothes after checkout. Room service couldn't find them.

There was an issue with the card room key system when I arrived - the staff was quick to provide a solution. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful.

The pool was under construction, so I was not able to enjoy my outside terrace as I'd been hoping to.

I didn`t like transfer me from my room to another one in last night

I have a very bad experince during my stay at this hotel starting from the reception, bad staff, bad cleaning, very small room with uncomfortablility and very late service I will not vesit this hotel again and I dont recommend it for any body

beautiful room with a lot of choices for dinning.

The shuttle dropped me off at the wrong terminal, so off course as a single female at 5 am many men were following me grabbing my bags and wanted my money. The driver didnt even ask where i was going.

Choices of restaurants.

The handle of toilet door was broken. The tissue box was empty. The receptionist tried to give us a smoking room despite our reservation of non-smoking room.

The location of this hotel is near to the Airport, so if you have an early morning flight ,and to avoid Cairo's traffic jams, you should stay in this area

The Room Furniture is very old , The Bed is so small comparing to other 5 stars Hotels , the Matress was not comfortable at all, Pay little More and stay in Fairmont Tower, where every thing is amazing there.

We reserved two Cabana rooms, and both were very bad. Keep away from those as they need to be renovated urgently. I recommend the most recent and luxurious Fairmont Towers as it seems to be much better than this one.

this was not the first time to stay at the fairmont,what I really like is the booking .com which is the first time I use,in fact I dont know about all thier services but I will start looking

the place you park your car is really far away,the thing that you have always to wait for the valet,specially when you have your grandmother with you,and because of weddings and events in the hotel it takes some time to wait for the valet,also they have a parking infront of the hotel but they never use it,i dont know why.

Quiet location compared to the hustle and bustle of a Cairo suburb.

I liked the location, close to the airport and many shoping malls.

The staff is nor friendly specially the front desk.
