Location was handy but only if I could find this place. Even taxi driver went in circles. He asked so many people about the address Digla Street it's not Digla it is Dujla Street. Awful experience.
First of all this is not a hotel, it shouldn't be a B&B even. It occupies one floor in a building. no signage to the hotel even in front of the building. Waited at the door for 15 minutes, door locked No towel in bathroom, shower leaked, staff didn't speak English, a 12 years old boy check us in, family which owns this place lives on site.
Location was very near to the Library, and most attractions along the Corniche. Balcony would be nicer in the warmer months.
A bit noisy at night if in a room facing the main road, but ear plugs helps. I think I was the only one at the hotel, so it was difficult getting their attention, e.g. breakfast in the morning.
The view was nice
Noise from the place owners
Location - Balcony - Clean room
wifi -- communication - TV - Light - services -
Noise all the night that do not want to get sleep well. It's far away from the airport which no shuttle bus. Only taxi that will cost 200 or more Egyptian pound. The telephone number is not correct in the booking. So I have to find it by myself. It's being kidding as a three star hotel.
The view of the Mediterranean. It was cool even without AC. It was clean.
It was a dive. Multi family dwelling with owners running around in their pajamas, kids sleeping on the floor, no breakfast. Beds were very uncomfortable-like sleeping on the floor. Stayed one night and fled.
Lift works . central location . clean. view over Alexandria bay.beverages without delay to room, good price. very adequate Hotel for the price.
we live in alex ,and found the hotel a little difficult to locate,if someone had said it straight around the corner from E gyptair offices,it would have made it easier, also the sign for the hotel is very obscure, even by the entrance in side street.
Location Size of the rooms Price
Power cuts Room doesn't have towels or toilet paper Shower doesn't have a curtain Reception is unattended sometimes and you have to wait to get your key
The amazing view from the balcony.
Sea view and location.
Traffic noise and restaurant
I thought the room was clean and spacious. Located close to the railway station and many shops and eating places
Very uncomfortable beds. Shower was broken but still just useable. Busy road outside. reception staff level of english was poor. I ordered breakfast for 8am but never received any so had to eat at the local macdonalds.
The friendly little boy Mohammed, aged about 16 was smiling and friendly all the time.
Beds and pillows harder than rock, shabby shower and a ruder than rude little australian boy allowed to do what he pleased in the lobby area. A family business, but maybe not a great idea to use the lobby as a playground for all the children, when u have guests staying there, paying 300le pr night. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper, and was asked if i wanted cleaning.
The view,The location and the price
the noise coming from the resident hotel owners
- very nice view and Balcony. - friendly stuff more of a family. - clean rooms - good for the price.
Friendly atmosphere Nice balcony with sea view
excellent location and big rooms value for money feel secured
beds are little bit old and smelly
The view of the ocean is marvelous.
A typical family operated business. You cannnot expect a good service.
Very clean and friendly staff. The manager was always there to take care of any problem and the sea breeze coming in off the balcony was perfect, no need for ac!
it was a bit noisy at night, but being right on the corniche there is always going to be some noise
Great location overlooking the bay
But with the location is the 6 lane road with noise and car horns
The view is excellent. The hotel is more like a family apartment. Staff is friendly.
The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is in the middle of the city centre, on the Corniche. Its balconies have a perfect view of Alexandria East Harbour.
They were not too welcoming with their guests. It is true they are loud until late. They were hesitant to show us a room with a double bed when we arrived, although we were the only guests at the time. Pay in dollars when you leave as they try to apply high exchange rates when converting prices to Egyptian pounds.
Nice view rooms are overlooking the mediterranean sea Location this area is like the alex downtwon, lots of shops around, train station is near by Friendly staff
It is quite central .good market and shops
Filthy area .street is in need of repair , Rooms not clean ,and you are more or less sleeping in reception which is the owners family meeting point at night and the nose from them was like being in wembley stadium, It is hell on earth until they all go home around 2am . breakfast very medioche .There is just nothing to like about this place except leaving it , you have been warned .
Clean and tidy.
Noisy at night especially if you are taking rooms facing the lobby. Family gathering at lobby til late night.
Very convenient, in the city center and the balcony offers a view on the port
The traffic on the road beside the hotel.
