The way from the parking space to the actual lobby is very long

Although you pay for the highest rate per night, they still charge you for wifi or car parking. Have Mercy a bit!!!

Upon my late arrival Mr.Shieref the vise Manager took me immediately to my room not to the front desk for check in formality which was strongly appreciated by me especially after a long exhaustive journey.

Pricey. Also by chance I found out that there is a big mall right beside the Hotel just in my second stay at the same Hotel! (San Stefano Mall) I should've been told as a guest by the Staff about it!

Beautiful facilities and ocean access is great.

We booked a triple room but we were given a room that was set up for 2 people so we had to make multiple phone calls to get what we needed--not enough towels, only 2 ropes, not enough shampoo & conditioner and so on. When we made the reservation our email confirmation said that we will get breakfast for $20/person however that was not case. We were charged more and were told that Booking.com was at fault for providing wrong information--we end up paying more than the $20/person which is not a big deal in terms of money but it was very bothersome. Our room was below the Four Seasons standards as one of the curtains was falling apart--it was broken and it was hard to close. We called for tea/coffee services and again we were only served as a double room not as a triple.

The Concierge were so helpful especially Ms.Ghadir, The Staff were friendly especially Mr.Hani from the reception, The decoration as in Four Seasons Hotels all over the world was superb and luxurious classic, the bathroom was luxurious an markedly spacious! There is a fantastic limousine service with good drivers like Mr. Wael who was friendly and polite.

The extra charge for breakfast (20 us Dollars) however the room charge was 350 us Dollars per night so at least it should be b&B.

Design, service, beach.

Noise from the street traffic, no Chinese food and TV chanel.

Simply everything was great, it is very luxurious & comfortable hotel in an excellent location, in city center and has shopping mall in same building. The hotel has amazing sea view, nice & private beach, in-door and outdoor swimming pools, spa facilities,.....etc. Staying at this hotel you feel that you're in Barcelona - Spain same look, feel and smell.

Pricing is a bit high without any food, so at least it should include breakfast.

Words wont be enough to describe how beautiful this hotel is especially when it comes to cleanliness ,proffetionalism of its entire staff ..and not to forget security which was optimum .. They gave us Royal treatment ... I am looking forward to visit it again and again :)) Dr. H. Al-Shammary Dhahran ,Saudi Arabia

عادة ما توجد في الفنادق الكبيره ديسكو او نايت كلب لتمضية بعض الوقت ولكن لان رحلتي قصيره فان تلك الخدمات الترفيهية لم تكن مطلبي في هذه الرحلة ولكن قد تكون لاحقا ت

الغرفة جيدة من حيث السعة ونظافة الغرفة جيدة.

- التأخر في تجهيز الغرفة وقت الدخول حتى 4:30 عصراً - مخرج الطوارئ مغلق وسلم الطوارئ متسخ. - صالة الإفطار افضل مكان مطل على البحر متاح للمدخنين فقط. - سعر الإفطار مرتفع جداً بالمقارنة بالخدمة

الفندق جيد جداً

لم يعجبني التعامل الامني عند الدخول استهتار اذا ارضيتهم ادخل بدون تفتيش. اثاث غرفتي يحتاج لصيانه

الهدوء وخمة الغرف والنظافة

الفندق ممتاز ولكن كنت أتوقع أنه أفخم من ذلك

موقع الفندق والديكور واحلى شي عجبني الافطار فوق الرائع

مساحة الغرف واسعة ومريحة وذات طابع قديم فاخر

نظافة الدوفيه (حشوة غطاء السرير) كانت سيئة ولا تليق بمستوى الفندق بتاتاً

الفندق رااااائع فالغرف واسعة واطلاله رائعة على حوض السباحة و البحر
