“ The staff were very helpful and attentive. The location was excellent. Our room was impeccable and we had a lovely view of the Citadel. We tried two restaurants 8 and the italian restaurant and the food was very good. The cafe in the shopping area was expensive compared to the quality and value in the other two restaurants. ”

The staff were very helpful and attentive. The location was excellent. Our room was impeccable and we had a lovely view of the Citadel. We tried two restaurants 8 and the italian restaurant and the food was very good. The cafe in the shopping area was expensive compared to the quality and value in the other two restaurants. We had a small issue on the second morning when we went to reception to get our keys reprogrammed and were told rather abruptly that the previous evening on arrival that the room rate we had been given was not correct. This however was worked out on departure as our bill showed the amount that we had originally been told.

Building quality, cleanses , design Very lousy service, extremely slow, at the lobby I had to call the server many times, all I got was ok sir, the no show, In the room I called house keeping three times for some one to come to fix the ac which wasn't working waiting time 2 hours Day of arrival, I reserved 2 connecting rooms, one was ready, the other was being , cleaned, I made many calls to check on the status Never got a call back, it was me calling all the time, waiting time another two hours before I was able to get to my room.

Superb location - Nile View rooms are a must - plus genuinely friendly and excellent service. Also very good restaurants. A hotel in this price range should not charge its guests to access the internet !

موقع الفندق رائع واطلالاته النيلية بانوارامية المشرف شريف محمد قدم خدمات رائعة فله كل الشكر والتقدير وكان يتمتع ببمهنية عالية وخلق عظيم السعر غالي نوعا ما البهو ممتلىء ومن الصعب وجود جلسة شاغرة لا يوجد بالغرفة سخان وعبوات قهوة

رائع في الموقع والخدمات والتجهيزات والطاقم العامل بالفندق كل شئ جميل لدي خبرة طويلة في الفنادق لاول مرة ارتاح مثل هذه المرة شكرا فورسيزون النيل بلازا الزيارة القادمة عندكم فقط لاغير ولمدة اسبوع كامل بالاسرة

الهدوء. الموقع والمنظر من الشرفة الخدمه اللوبي محدود الجلسات..... وجدت إمكانيه الحجز بسعر أرخص من الموقع المبالغة في أسعار الفندق خاصه خدمه الغرف
