quit staff price
the staff and the Hotel itself
no food or drinks are allowed to bring from the outside inside the hotel. the body massage was very poor for 250 1 hrs pounds.
wifi was not adequate
Free wifi in The lobby.
Dirty facilities and we asked them to fix The aircon in the room and nothing happening. Closed the pool earlier then said. Expensive breakfast. Some of the staff wher not even compitent enough to make a phone call for us to the airport without getting help from other staff members.
They need to take care of standards and check that everything works before guest check in There were problem in visa machine for the two night and paid cash ! And other problems
Cheerful staff Good quality of food Clean place and good swimming pool
View of the economic room not good and away swimming pool.

Nothing Very ba a a a a a a d
The swimming pool is a bonus for this hotel, so kids and family can enjoy. The rooms are clean, good size, and well furnished The location is ideal because it is close the Pyramids, also to local shops, and transports. The Reception supervisor I don't recall her name was very good and and helpful. The towel man Nader was good and helpful too, I also like to thank the housekeeper Mona who is made us have the feeling of the 5*.
Dust around the pool turn into mud, it is not pleasant on the foot, while the pool is the best thing in this hotel it needs good maintenance, cleaning and care specially for children safety as it is surrounded by rocky floor and sharp edges on the edges. Room service is very poor service we have asked to buy breakafst in the room, we didn't get at all, when I complain, they said why don't you go and eat in the Restaurant. The other funny thing is the receptionist who checking us in, asked for our married certificate, the 2 kids and the British passport, were not enough for her to prove that we are married.
Everything in the hotel I liked it.
Wide room Parking lot
1. Cleanliness is poor. We couldn't sleep all night since the linen wasn't clean and smell so bad 2. also we kept calling reception as I booked triple room to put 3rd bed and they ignored us and went downstairs twice and when we slept at midnight they brought the bed 3. No one bothered from bellman to take our bags upstairs and we called the reception many times and they didn't care so we went downstairs and carried our bags to the room. Same thing on check out. 4. Bathroom sink was blocked and we called room service which didn't answer as well
Reception was so bad let us wating long time till we received our room key
Pool was nice, bathroom was big and well equippednot too far from pyramids
Having too pay for WiFi,airport transfer was almost twice as dear as a taxi, although its not too far from pyramids the area is under the actual motorway with rubbish everywhere etc.
Live music at night
Dirty pool and rooms
The staff were amazing, the foods very well, I spent a lovely time being there
I didn't like the mosquito, I think you should have a solution to resolve this problem.
The pool and the atmosphere was great. The rooms view is wonderful from the balcony. Nice greenery !!!
No restaurant choices. Reception and rooms was not clean. Hotel area...bit noisy.
room is comfortable
- pool not clean at all. - the hotel is not ready for accept a full capacity of guests.
Proximity to the Pyramids is convenient. Pool area is quite nice. The hotel offers good value for what is charged.
The immediate entrance way lies beneath an overhead, elevated roadway. It is strewn with debris.
Good size room, clean and tidy. Nice looking pool - although I had no time to use it!
1 hour to check in - ridiculous! Key card stopped working 3 times involving a trek to reception each time. No apologies offered by reception staff!
- Near to the pyramids and sphinx - Price was OK compared to other hotels in the area - Rooms were OK, not so clean, and the furniture is not very new though.
- Noisy due to the loud music playing on the pool most of the time. - Busy, to the extent that they couldn't even guide me to my room after checking in.
trying too much to get tips and pool is Very especially so dirty
The price and location.
Not all the activities were always available (shisha). Some of the staff appeared to not really give their best efforts to ensure the guests were comfortable.
The quality of the food and the restaurant service! They should really consider changing their chef!
