Good location in the center of cairo The room had a strange smell, and the breakfast is miserable. Too expensive compared to other hotels in cairo that offer more for less. |

Pick up from airport really good and the staff were very nice. Good trips aswell. The only suggestion that i would make is that all "details" of the trips are outlined so that there are no extras or unexpected costs involved. This would be applicable to trips arranged with the drivers when they take you to the pyramids they will not go straight to them but will stop at a place where they tell you that the only option you have is to go on a horse back or on a camel to see the pyramids. This will cost you atleast £25 per person. So bewares. |

The front desk staff were really helpful. Value was good. Very happy about free wireless internet in the rooms. It was hard to communicate with staff at the restaurant. I tried to order food to the room and apparently was not understood at all, but no one tried to call me back, so after I called back one hour later the restaurant simply suggested I come eat at the buffet. |

I like the location, it is located in Syria Street of Muhandiseen which is quite lively place sorrounded by shops, resturants, cafes..etc.Also i very much appreciate the free pick up from the Airport that the hotel has offered to me.Room is clean comfort and large. rooms facing the street are a bit noisy, i would recommend a double glazed windows which greately reduce the outside noise |

I stayed twice. Hotel is small and staff are extremely helpful. Internet access was a plus. Conveniently located and since we arrived in Cairo 2 a.m. we welcomed the airport pickup and free transfer to the hotel by taxi. Construction work directly adjacent made unpleasant noise. Breakfasts were barely minimum. |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful despite little English. The hotel is well-managed, clean, has excellent internet access (incl. in my room) and a small business center. A good varied kitchen with Egyptian specialities. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. It would be more convenient if the WiFi worked in the rooms not just in the hotel lobby. |

The staff was very professional and helpful. The dining room where the free breakfast is held doubles as a sheesha bar at night. The smell of stale sheesha smoke was at times not pleasant. |

Very friendly staff, especially Bassem. On the same street you will have a pharmacy, a store which is open 24 hours/day to buy water – very important in Egypt and the Syrian food from the restaurant located 2 blocks away is very good. |

Quality of hotel services was quite appropriate, and the accomodation was definitely worth its cost. We would recommend it to everyone who doesn't want any exclusive services but seeks decent accomodation for a certain period of his\her stay in Cairo. |

I liked that they were waiting for us at the airport when we left customs. I also enjoyed the preset tours. I did feel that the staff was very accomadating and would have gone to extra lengths to please us. The fact that they wanted to be paid in cash. We would have preferred to pay via credit card. |
