I am sure it may be nicer in summer when pool is warmer - but at this time of year it was empty and a tad cavernous The location by the lake is lovely - and hopoos in the garden. the hotel is clean. They have a restaurent which stays open late - reastaurent staff are v smiley Omelette is nice for breakfast We had booked a room for three - but only two beds were made up - a third bed was made up but we had to encourage then to provide a sheet and a douvet - but we never got three towels! however it is not geared for europeans - and no tonic for gin - no baccardi etc - food pretty awful - service in bar very slow - the driver we had for two days did not speak english - did not have a map or know the area outside set routes - we had an argument with the hotel about what we wanted to see - the driver spent all the time on his phone including texting and we had to confiscate it since he was driving the wrong way down a dual carriage way.Since the car was arranged throught the hotel it would be better if they had explained how dangerous this was.

Great pool, great location It would have been easier for me if the staff spoke better English, but then Egypt isn't an English-speaking country, and I think most guests were from within the country.

nice location at the edge of the lake - found a bedbug - internet not working - low waterpressure for the shower - toilet not flushing requesting to fix these defects took many reminders, staff mostly seem to be uninterested
