The location is great but to fare from the main road which you will need to wake long way to reach to the hotel and will be imposibole if you have alot of luggage.

I didn't like the hotel at all I did my reservation through booking.com I found the price for 5 nights very good & very cheap but when I went there I know 2 building one new and one old they put us in the old which was like Labour Camps and once we enter we put our luggage under the a/c and after 10 min we hear something when I see the a/c I choked all my dress come wet the a//c start fill water on my luggage we ask the reception to change the room they don’t help us, the room was very very small, and our flight delay so I called them to modify my booking in same arrival day to inform them to move it for next day no one pick up the phone the someone answer finally and she was very rude she didn’t help me and she hung over the phone on my face. Any way we change the hotel next day I dont thing I will go there again and I dont recommend this hotel for any one.

At the beginning the diner at New Year Eve was included in the room prize, but at the arrival in the hotel it was excluded. I paid 100 US$ for a bad diner. Even a cup of water was not offered.

Excellent location,2 Min walk from the hotel lobby to the beach &10 min walk to the busy area in Namma bay .Breakfast was OK. Hotel stuff were mostly friendly. Check in was early with no problem at all.You will need the hotel shuttle bus to pick you up from the airport to save you 15 min walk from the main road outside Namma bay to the hotel .

Some of the reception stuff were not helpful. No travel office inside the hotel to arrange for leisure activities. Noise from other clubs but the hotel has nothing to do with that. One restaurant only. No kettle for making coffee &tea in the room which is very basic now in most of the hotels.

Staff was very polite, professional, and accommodating. Requests for help with noise disturbances and a late check-out were obliged.

This was our first time in Naama Bay (we have stayed at other Red Sea resort towns in Egypt) and the noise is terrible--it consists largely of competing blasts of very loud music from different vendors along the shore. The hotel can't do much about this. The hotel itself has very thin walls and we were disturbed by noisy neighbors who came in very late shouting in the halls & then turning up their TV to very high volumes. If you want a quiet holiday, obviously Sharm isn't the place.

The Location was perfect. I room was spacious, I had the Standard sea view room. The bed was huuuuge and very comfy.

The day of our arrival we checked in passed midnight so we practically missed the whole day, and we asked them to have a bit of a late checkout the last day and their response was 65$ !!!! which is the cost of a one night stay! We expected that out of courtesy they would grant us a late checkout as a compliment as we checked in the hotel passed midnight at dawn almost and we paid for the night anyway!

it's close to the noma bay ... on the side of the main area ,,, it's cleal and cool place to live in

All services were very good & they have excellent staff. They were flexible & every time smiling .
