Mainly swimming in the daytime and shopping at night The fact that there were royal rooms available but the manager refused to give them to us when we asked for an upgrade despite the fact that we were more than willing to pay the extra. We only got the room when we booked through your website. |

The view from my room at neema bay was very nice. Also, the hotel's private beach, room service very fast. Food, poor services and facilities, cheap furniture. |

Just it is close to the beach and good location, nothing more. The bath room very smily, and the floor drain Emanate or Exhale bad smill!!! All the bath rooms in the hotel should be renew. |

The beach was nice, good breakfast variety in the buffet, staff was pleasant, and pools were well maintained. The hotel was decent but the website advertises that the Helnan had a gym, spa in the hotel, and other amenities that the hotel did not have. The showers did not keep good temperature control. |

hotel location in center of nemaa bay. it has his own beach and no one can enter it unless the residense. room size is good. the room view there is no drinking water in the room when arriving. breakfast bufet is too poor |

they upgarde me from superior to delux room with seaview.Really I like the room very much and thanks them for upgrade the room is alittlebed far away from the main entrance and the other door which is closed to it ,is only emergency door that could be open from inside. |

Location near to center, Gala diner during new year's eve I wanted to pay additional money to shift from bed and breakfast package to "All inclusive" 3 meals package, during one day, 3 different employees at the reception gave 3 different prices for the difference I had to pay. |

Excellent location and large rooms. Top floors rooms have magnificent views. Excellent beach facility. The hotel caters to large groups and does not look after as it should individual travelers like my wife and me. The breakfast buffet is a disaster - little fruit and slow service to replenish items. There is no restaurant serving food a la carte in the evening. |

c'est la 2eme année consécutive q'on séjourene dans cette hotel, et comme on parle arabe le traitement était parfait, et il nous on fait un prix pour quelque dinner à l'hotel, la vue sur la baie de NAAMA est fantastique, vu que c'est à la limite du centre , un peu bruyant la nuit avec les boites de nuits |

Uitstekende service we kregen een upgrade van een superior naar een royal room Aan het eind probeerde de receptionist ons te vertellen dat we een beetje moesten bijbetalen omdat we de kamer vooraf hadden betaald en de wisselkoers met de dollar veranderd zou zijn. Toen we zeiden dat dat niet ons probleem was werd er niet verder geprobeerd. |
