i like every thing in the service of the hotel but i was travelling with my car and it s not allowed from the police to go in with the car knowing that their is a parking about 100 meter frm the hotel security it s very important but they can check the car and let me go in i am 100% satisfied frm the hotel but the police have to do his job and not to block people for nothing helnan have to make a deal with the police to let the cars go inside specialy that the parking is 100 meters frm the hotel

the location is perfect and the food was good also i liked that the beach and the pools are close to each other. the room was good. the hotel is small, the beach and pools are small and the night activities weren't amusing at all.

I stayed at royal buiding it was so perfect u can't say anything bad about it,all stuff good and friendly especialy the manager of the recaption his name is ahmad fathi he is a wonderful man I'm sure no one knows this guy and keep angry.I Liked this hotel and next time 100% I go to this hotel Just there was one thing I didn't like there the internet they are not professional like other hotels

Realliy it was great hotel , near from beach, near from shopping and neama walking and caffes, great staff with great service.... The bad things in hotels were the ice freez was very bad, and only there is no snorkling in this beach so you have to go to another beach for snorkling by vehicle.... Everything else was good....

The Location was perfect. I room was spacious, I had the Standard sea view room. The bed was huuuuge and very comfy. The day of our arrival we checked in passed midnight so we practically missed the whole day, and we asked them to have a bit of a late checkout the last day and their response was 65$ !!!! which is the cost of a one night stay! We expected that out of courtesy they would grant us a late checkout as a compliment as we checked in the hotel passed midnight at dawn almost and we paid for the night anyway!

The hotel was generally of a very high standard. The rooms were small but more than adequate with very clean excellent facilities. The food presented for breakfast was of very good standard and variety and pleasantly surprising in it's quality.

Lovely for the price. No kettle in room. Pedestrianised street so you need to walk all through Naama centre to reach it as no taxi can get near. They do have a free shuttle bus, but the location wouldn't suit anyone who has difficulty walking.

Excellent location,2 Min walk from the hotel lobby to the beach &10 min walk to the busy area in Namma bay .Breakfast was OK. Hotel stuff were mostly friendly. Check in was early with no problem at all.You will need the hotel shuttle bus to pick you up from the airport to save you 15 min walk from the main road outside Namma bay to the hotel . Some of the reception stuff were not helpful. No travel office inside the hotel to arrange for leisure activities. Noise from other clubs but the hotel has nothing to do with that. One restaurant only. No kettle for making coffee &tea in the room which is very basic now in most of the hotels.

The hotel has a perfact location, we could go out from the hotel to Nama Bay and come back as much as we can due to the Hotel location, it takes less than 5 minutes by walk The room and bathroom are a little bit small but the main issue that I have, The hotel staff(cleaner) they do not clean the room that good
