The complex that the hotel is in means that you dont have to travel far for entertainment and shopping.

The Hotel is comfortable and the staff generally friendly and efficient. Service was good except for a couple of matters. Generally a good quality hotel with good staff and service.

There was a minor water leak in the bathroom of the suite alocated to me and the room safe required its batteries replacing? I pointed out both matters to housekeeping on my first morning at the hoteland was promised that action would be taken immediately. The batteries were not replaced and whilst the water was mopped up, the leak was not fixed and remained an issue until I left. In this the level of service was poor.

The quality of the furniture was not good, especially the very old tv

We had Executive Queen Plus Room which was comfortable with a bit of large space for extra beds

The walking distance from the lobby to the executive rooms section is way long which makes it hard to do it especially when carrying kids if sleeping .. Also you feel discouraged if you want to go shopping and back to the room

The rooms are big, the staff are really nice and the mall downstairs is really good (shops, restaurants, cafes, cinema, & children entertainment center). I asked for a late check out (6 pm) and they let me.

not Hilton. The hotel is one floor. Circular reception rooms and corridors in a long time. As if you motel Single entry and another entrance to the mall is not open throughout the day A small swimming pool at the end of a long corridor of rooms. Far from the Sea of Alexandria and the tourist areas Is not a Hilton hotel, but the corridors and the image is not reality

Unfortunatelly the servis was very bad,the breakfast in executive floor so bad as looks that they try to kill us.after fighting with them they through things from the brekfast and at least I see the person that serv in this, search to find cups,spoons,forks,from the other tables, really very bad experience,

Resturants and shops around,very convenient. The room was really big, bathroom as well.

The swimming pool was "poor", pool not in a relaxing area, breakfast should have more variety and it would be nice to see a smile from the stuff there.

Excellent location of the hotel there are shops in close proximity to the hotel and the hotel staff, but good hygiene is not excellent and there is no shoes to the bathroom

I was very impressed with the smile on the faces of everybody
