the power went down a lot, but it was the country's fault, not the hostel's
The location of this hotel is good. The staff are very helpful and kind. The price of this hotel is good as well. I think I will go back this hotel again if I go back Cairo.
Well, to be hoest, the air condition is noisy.....

The helpful staff
No wifi in room, and barely wifi in lobby!
The place is spacious and well situated , the room was fairly big and with a balcony.
The staff was efficient but not very friendly. The matelas on the bed was just foam and very bad to sleep on. The place was empty of guests so it was a little eery.
i have stayed in more than 3 hotels in cairo, and this hotel is the best. the staff is so kind and always taking care of guests. also the room is kept cleen.
Hotel personel gives some hopes to make it better.
The steps at the enterance of the Hostel Luna were very dirty. The room keys were to open other rooms doors also !!!
Clean room, downtown location, relatively quiet if room is off the main street. Slightly improved recent renovations. Remarkable value for the money.
Internet weak, and shut down entirely for a day; staff didn't take much interest in event.
It's cheap and the Egyptian breakfast is a nice change of pace from the typical breakfast offered at hotels in Egypt.
The rooms can be noisy at night. The staff are purely business oriented and though they were not unfriendly they were the least friendly of any of the hotels I stayed at in Egypt unless it was regarding a way they could make money.
