Everything is good.
STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY VERY CLEAN AND NEAT FOOD IS AAA RECEPTION IS VERY QUIET AND CLEAN HOUSEKEEPING IS AWESOME VERY CLEAN SUPPLIES NICE ROOM
LOCATION RESTAURANT MENU PRICE WIFI WAS TOO SLOW
The location is near the pyramids. Their food is good.
It should be more clean. They don't deal the locals and the foreigners equally.
Service was good. Kind people. They want to help us a lot. Wifi was working well.
During the ramadan, there is no people, also they dont serve food in rooftop restaurant dunring the day. During the dinner time I got a food but i dont recommend. Breakfast also double price because no one is ordering. In the rooftop u can see the pyramid but some building hiding almost(buildings are growing up), after some month pyramid will not be shown. Next to the building there is mosque, it was noisy whole night. For some hours they never stop.
Very bad breakfast excessive prices, e.g. a bottle of water that costs 2 EGP at supermarket, costs 16 EGP at the hotel. I have been at many egyptian hotels and know this is very expensive! Other hotels take around 5 EGP for the same.
Hôtel could be cool if they clean it more much .
Wifi sucking alote . Not so clean ( minimum ) Is far from city center . Price change all time between hotel and the booking rates !!! 10 % more .
clean room and orgnized
they give one price for eagiptions and another price for the none eagiptions.

Value for money, room was comfort

No entertainment in the hotel and the TV channels were not enjoyable and the list was changing upon the hotel wish not the customer wish
well the staff at the desk was very good at helping us out maid service good as well.good shower lots of hot water and good pressure. and a good size.refer good size for water ect bed was comfortable..atm out side only stopped working one time. but the staff try very hard to make you feel welcome always i think when times there change this hotel would be a ok place to stay close sphinx and shops the lobby is nice as well security good. .
well the rooms are dated and need to be redone bathroom needs up datingdark mold ect carpit old needs replacing . power goes out every day at different times every day . wi fi is poor and very slow.ect in lobby . they have it. 4am call tp pray ever morning and the road nose from street never used pool looked dirty a lot even when cleaned this hotel would be great if remodeled a bit , tv channels not many over all a 2 1/2 or 3 maybe in its day.pool need differsnt cover so dust from out side wont dirty pool. they do clean every day but lots of dust
the internet is very weak electricity down over and over very dirty swimming pool and the room service is so bad.
Great support from a very friendly staff.
Buffet breakfast could have done with a wider choice.
The hotel was in a good location for my needs and as I was there less than 10 hours I wouldn't like to give any misleading negative comment! The hotel is very clean, my room was excellent and the bed scrupulously clean and very comfortable. Excellent lighting and easy to reach power point to charge my phone. Could see the pyramids from my room :)
Breakfast was good though the hot food was barely lukewarm, I took breakfast at 7.30 and they don't start serving til 7 so was disappointed in this but a wide variety of dishes was available and well presented, again, the restaurant was very clean. I ordered hot milk from room service upon arrival at 11pm, it was promptly delivered in a jug but with no cup! I used the drinking glass. Only major down point was that I ordered a taxi on arrival, through the reception, to collect me at 8.15 the next morning, they provide you with a hotel driver and mine arrived at 8.45 despite constant assurances that he would be 'one minute', not the drivers fault, he was polite and apologetic. The staff all speak good English but they are not friendly and rarely smiled.
Every thing was ok i like hotel
Wifi was weak
Nice room 802 you can see part of the Pyramids, shopping area
I stayed in room 510 Wifi is excellent, cleaners is ok, reception is good, helpfull
stuff is very friendly special shady and abd el sallam and room is so clean i will back to this hotel soon
every thing is wonderfull .reception staff and all staff members are helpful
air-condition is so bad elevator bad restaurant is very very poor room view so bad.
Free breakfast was very nice and available for 4hrs each morning. View from the restaurant was great --directly to pyramids, especially the outdoor balcony. Discount price of $28/night was exceptional.
"year-round" indoor pool was NOT heated; way too chilly to use. I was in a quiet room on the back of the building with no view, but since I needed quiet & Internet it was ok. Better windows, views, & lighting from the street side.
It was value for money and nice location
