I booked non-smoking room but the smile was very bad (smoking room)
The place was clean and the workers r good Breakfast was amazing
Hiked prices at the hotel :( a bottle of water goes for 15 egp The swimming pool was always full of boys only whom i doubt if they stayed in the hotel n it closed at 6pm which made it impossible for us to use it (that was the main reason we chose the hotel)
Staff was friedly and helpfull.
Room was so so dirty. Elevators are so dirty that u cant touch anywhere. Even if hotel is older, it can be clean. this wasnt. Normally if you go to **** hotel in egypt its more than high level. we had lipstick in our sink and bathroom mirrow, dark hair everywhere, full-floor carpets full of dirty spots, sofa was full of sand and so on. Really dirty place.
As a whole I was happy with my stay.
For future travelers wishing to save money, there are much cheaper methods of transportation to and from the airport as well as the tour options offered by the hotel are extremely overpriced. If you organize the tours, and by tours I mean transportation and entrance fee, yourself it's much cheaper. (Ex. Tour of the museum offered by the hotel was $70 usd). Organized by myself, less than $5. (Tour of the pyramids organized by the hotel, $70, it's literally a 5 min walk down the street and it $10 usd entrance fee)
