The overall look of the place was nice. Most of the staff's level of English was not good. Buffet was pretty poor quality and the service was not good. The fact we had to pay for water is appalling and that the tap water in the rooms is undrinkable is a major problem.

L’accueil et la prise en charge tout au long du wkd a été super, nous avons séjournée 3jours, 2 nuits (du 25 au 27 mai 2012 = hors période scolaire) dans une super chambre au bord de la lagune d'eau salée, avec la mer rouge et l'Arabie saoudite et la Jordanie au large . La chambre et le linge de toilette étaient propres, les draps de bains fournis. Je ne suis habituellement pas adepte de ce genre de séjour dans des resorts, mais hors saison c'était génial, nous avons profité du peu de monde dans le complexe pour participer à une journée de plongée avec bouteille sur un bateau, la plongée avec masque et tuba est accessible dès la plage en face de l'hôtel. Nous avons fait un tour dans le complexe hôtelier et dans les autres hôtels qui n'avaient pas ce petit côté intimiste et calme que l'on retrouve à l'Hyatt Regency ! la nourriture (car je sais que ça compte beaucoup pour certains voyageurs) était très correcte pour du collectif et en quantité. Nous n'avons pas été malade (et n'avions pas pris de médicament), il ne faut juste pas boire l'eau du robinet mais c'est inscrit partout et dans tous les hôtels. à 20min de la frontière de Taba/Israël en voiture (environ 25 LE le trajet).

Nice place, nice surroundings, good room. Disappointing food concidered it´s a five star hotel, should be more home cooked / gourmet.
