The main attraction of this hotel is its prime location in Sharm ElSkeikh, the beach is fantastic for swimming and snorkeling, the Architecture of the hotel is so nice, the staff is hardworking and welcoming, the food on all inclusive bases is good with many varities, rooms are clean, it is a real nice place to stay in and I recommed it for other travellers. The staff is perfect exept for a few of them (like 20%), they need more trainning, they may also need to upgrade some of the staff uniforms, I didn't like the animation team as I had been to other places where they were more creative and fun to follow, the hotel is on top of a mountain, so you have to go down around 140 steps to the beach (like a 7 storey building), there are also ramps, but they may have to think of elevator or electrical cars as going down and up is really exhausting in the direct sun, one last thing, the hotel has nice architecture and very fine interiors, but some areas lack proper maintenance, as I noticed broken tiles in the pool, broken marbel steps in the outdoor stair, cracked ceramic tiles in the room toilet and some exposed electrical conduits on the palm trees next to pool, some few things with better maintenance will do a huge different image.

The coral reef was amazing and of easy access. The hotel also has two pools, one of which is away from the almost continual music blaring around the other one, so if you want silence and quiet, that's a relief. There is a free shuttle to go to Naema Bay and the old market. Great hotel if you like people, pop music and animation teams. For a quiet, relaxing time, this might not be the most appropriate place. Breakfast and lunch were a bit disapointing and repetitive. All the desserts were also not up to my expectations! But we were satisfied with what was offered at diner. It's sad to see that the hotel does next to nothing to protect the coral reef. As there is no jetty, a lot of careless people end up walking on the coral and destroying it. Finally, we had booked a superior room, paying extra, in order to have a double bed. Upon arrival at the hotel we were put in a room with two single beds. We complained and were put in another room with a king size bed the following night, but still, it feels like a lack of honesty on their part.

I had a great relaxing time at this hotel, i can definatly recomend the hotel to everyone, i think it is a good idea to go when it is not full on busy season. Staff at the hotel are exelent and friendly.

There is excellent staff, very helfull and quickly satisfying all needs and requirements. Nice beach entrance, 2 heatead pools, good food, green territory. Crap rooms: very old and out of date

The staff is very friendly doing their best to satisfy all guest needs. The food is very fresh and clean with lots of healthy choices. The house reef offers a good snorkeling and diving site. The dive club is superb. The animation team is very friendly but lacks artistic or athletic skills and competencies and thus one of the weak points.

Мы имеем большой опыт отдыха на различных курортах Египта, Турции, ОАЭ и других стран. Можно сказать что этот отель лучше многих пятизвездных и мы намерены ездить только туда. Прекрасные возможности для плавания с маской и трубкой. Хороший пляж. Отличный бассейн. Персонал приятно удивляет своей доброжелательностью и отзывчивостью. Не нравятся две вещи: 1. Ограниченный (медленный) доступ в Интернет. Доступ возможен только в ресепшене и стоит дорого. Думаю, что all inclusive должно включать и хороший доступ в Интернет в номерах. Сейчас 21 век, а не времена Древнего Египта. 2. По телевизору можно смотреть только два российских канала. Думаю, что россияне, которые полюбили этот курорт, достойны того, чтобы выбор ТВ-программ был больше.

Tutto e' andato molto bene,ci sono stato solo un giorno alla fine della vacanza in Egitto e devo dire che mi sono trovato benissimo.Il genere di vacanza all inclusive in un Resort non e' il mio genere ma per un giorno o due si puo fare.Per chi ama quel genere di vacanza e' un posto da consigliare. Hotel bello e tenuto benissimo,bellissima spiaggia e bella piscina,si mangia bene e lo staff(mustafa in specie) molto gentili e disonibili. La posizione e ottima lontana dal caos di Naoma Bay

أسعدنى جدا الإقامة القصيرة بفندقكم الجميل وأعجبنى جدا الموقع وكذلك أهتمامكم بالمنظر الجمالى للفندق من حيث كم الخضرة والزهور التى كانت مبعث أرتياح لى ولزوجتى وكذلك النظافة فى كل شئ الغرفة والمطاعم وفى كل أرجاء الفندق وكذلك الأستقبال الطيب وحسن المعاملة من جميع العاملين بالفندق ونشكركم على كل هذا وسنكرر الزيارة فى القريب العاجل إن شاء الله بمنتهى الصراحة الإيجابيات لم تعطينى فرصة أكتشف آى سلبيات

inrichting van het gebouw + omgeving (tuin) de kleurcombinatie, zwembadvormgeving, tuinaanleg + het zorgvuldige schoonmaken van buitenomgeving alswel kamers en badkamer. laat de gast vrij om taxi/vervoer te regelen. het is nu gekoppeld aan bestaande relatie van het hotel met taxi companies waardoor je als gebruikmaker/gast overgeleverd wordt aan prijsafspraken met veelal duurdere taxies. Wij wilden liever zelf kiezen voor taxies van Bedouinen drivers oftewel mensen die het geld goed kunnen gebruiken.

personeel deed alle mogelijke moeite om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Ideaal als je van snorkelen of duiken houdt. Prachtig aangelegde tuin partijen en goed onderhouden. Salade bar en toetjes buffet waren goed. Voor drinkwater van op de kamer moest betaald worden en ook voor verse sinaasappelsap bij het ontbijt maar bij het uitchecken kregen we dit gratis van het hotel aangeboden. 1x per week een BBQ bij het zwembad, welke erg sfeervol waren. Het eten was de eerste week zeer ver beneden alle peil. We hebben geen fatsoenlijk stuk vlees gezien deze vakantie. Elke dag stukken kip en gebakken lever( bijna iedere dag) en erg goedkope vis vol met graten. We vonden beschimmeld brood bij de broodrooster en 1x zeer oud brood, stokbrrod kon je iemand de hersens mee inslaan.maar volgens personeel was het "Crispy". Cola ligth werd een paar keer aangelengd met water. Na geklaagd en een enquette formulier ingevuld te hebben werd het wat beter. Personeel deed erg zijn best om er wat van te maken. de 2e week was de bezettings graad wat hoger en werd het beter maar nog steeds sober. Geen fatsoenlijk stukje vlees gezien. Op advies van vrienden dit hotel geboekt omdat de keuken erg goed zou zijn. Diverse mensen (Nederlanders) gesproken die er al vaker geweest waren en die waren ook verbijsterd over de slechte kwaliteit van het eten.

Das All-Inklusiv Angebot war interessant, man ist da gut versorgt, den ganzen Tag und das ist ein + Punkt. Das Swimming Pool ist auch attraktiv und der Blick aufs Meer und Pool ist auch schön (voraussgesetz man bucht ein Zimmer mit Meerblick). Mittagsessen im Poolrestaurant ist auch angenehm. Als ich mein Zimmer bekommen habe, waren die Toiletten und Dusche leider nicht ganz sauber. Ich habe den Hotel-Mitarbeiter darüber informiert und das Problem wurde am nächsten Morgen behoben und das Zimmer wurde gut gereinigt. Das Hotel bietet kein Wireless Internet im Zimmer. Es gibt nur über LAN im Empfangsbereich und ist sehr teuer!

The staff were very friendly. Free snorkeling tour and equipments, beautiful diving and snorkeling site. No free airport shuttle as other hotels and the flies that annoyed us during lunch as that was always outdoor beside the pool

Hotellet har allt du kan önska för en skön semester; egen strand med korallrev, dykcenter, uppvärmda pooler för vuxen och barn, lekplats, bra mat, bekväma rum, vacker miljö och trevlig personal.
