Cancellation

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and extra beds

One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.

One further child from 2 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.

There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Deposit

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable.

Food & beverage

El Medina: An indoor restaurant with a view of the garden and the Red Sea. The restaurant offers themed and international buffets. There is a separate kids’ corner with special buffet, furniture and toys.

Temple Pool Restaurant and Bar: An outdoor restaurant with a breathtaking view over Ras Om el Seid Bay.

La Gazelle: The terrace overlooks the pool and the romantic garden of the residence area. Enjoy fine Italian cuisine and imported Italian beverages (available at an extra charge).

Fantasia Indoor Bar with Terrace: A central indoor bar with terrace next to the club lobby (terrace heated in winter). A meeting point in any hour of the day, the bar starts all-inclusive service in the morning, including a small breakfast. In the evenings there is occasional live cocktail music.

Temple Pool: Enjoy the sunset from this bar serving all beverages and a light breakfast.

Beach Bar: From this bar just above the beach you can watch the fish in the crystal water.

Shisha Cafe: An oriental cafe overlooking the Red Sea, which offers oriental coffee and tea as well as a variety of tobacco (at an extra charge).

La Loca Discotheque (Disco Bar): Offering a kids’ movie every evening and a disco. There is occasional karaoke. It serves local beverages in a Moroccan atmosphere.

Residence Pool Bar: An outdoor bar which offers individual service in a quiet atmosphere around the residence pool. The bar serves a light breakfast, snacks and local beverages. It has a sangria bar and terrace, and hosts billiards, karaoke and quizzes.

Important information

On the 24th of December the Christmas Gala dinner will take place; its price is included in the room rate.
On the 31st of December the New Year Gala dinner party will take place; its price is included in the room rate.
No charges apply for children under 3. Children between the age of 3 and 12 get a 50% reduction on those events, this is not included in the room rate and needs to be paid separately at the hotel.

Only the pool

They let me wait for 3 hrs at the help desk area to check my reservation. They are doing maintanance aat the hotel so it was bothering since the bazar was closed and you have to go out of hotel - to the market - to get anything

Estrema gentilezza ed efficienza di tutto il personale,accuratezza nel dare servizio ai clienti,efficientissimo servizio ai tavoli dei ristoranti,scelta molto vasta del menù giornaliero.

Aria condizionata indipendente ma troppo potente e sistemata troppo vicino ai letti,non pemette di regolarla con un minimo getto d'aria

l'hotel gode di una posizione speciale,nell'insieme una buona scelta,durante la mia permanenza la struttura era al 70%,forse pieno puo' creare difficolta' per sdraio e buffet

la discoteca chiude alle 0.30, e l'animazione lascia a desiderare

perfekte lage am hausriff

sehr weite gehwege in anlage bis 450meter zum meer, hatten letztes zimmer und daneben war maschinenraum des nachbarhotel- 2mal morgens laut

Et super super super flot hotel, som virkelig er det værd. God service, rigtig god mad, flotte omgivelser, altid rent både ude og inde. Et sted der helt klart skal besøges igen.

Administrationen skal have lidt mere styr på ture uden for hotellet. Evt selv lave nogle tilbud på ture og sætte det op på en tavle.

La propreté dans les chambres. Le site est beau.

L'accueil du personnel "non flexible"...tout semble complexe ! En général, le personnel n'était ni souriant, ni accueillant ni avenant aux différents besoins des clients. Aucune flexibilité sur tout besoin particulier, si minime soit-il. L'accès à la plage très difficile (une centaine de marches) et aucune facilité sanitaire près de la plage. La qualité de la nourriture servie laisse grandement à désirer. Aussi, l'hôtel n'offre pas de service de concierge pour la réservation d'activités, les tours, les restaurants recommandés, les attraits touristiques, etc. Personne ne pouvait répondre à aucune question ! Aucune suggestion !
