The breakfast menu was good. The staff were very good to let us check in early and checkout late. they were very cooperative on most occasions. the hotel is not very clean. The bathrooms had some drainage problems and they had only liquid soap. the rooms were a little too small for three people. |

The location of the hotel is excellent. Very good hotel - but not as cozy as it could be - but as we spent most of our time in the city, we didn't care really. The pool in the Nile is a blast! The restaurants in the hotel are a joke. Go to Sofra instead. |

Location, staff was gracious. We checked out after one night, and would have left sooner except for the lateness of the hour. The staff at reception was pleasant but the uniforms old and frayed. The interior of the hotel is in need of drastic updating. Dirty grout in the bathroom, popped ceiling tiles, chipped paint, and a "new" carpet that looked like 20 years old. It was buckled up in several places, and one of my children tripped and fell over it. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the sheets seemed old and pilled. Not a 4 star hotel. |

Breakfast was excellent as well as the waiters. Hot water, clean towels. Excellent view from the terrace of the hotel while having breakfast. You can go walking to the center Some of the guys at reception weren't able to give us a double space, after having asked for it 3 times. Ask for the rooms facing outside since the ones inside are noise due to the clients having drinks till late and the talkig from reception. |

Location, location and location. It was situated by the nile with a relatively good Italian restaurant and an awesome sunset view swimming pool. For the bad things... Expensive internet access and the hotel and staffs don't tell you about the nearby (5 minutes walk by the corniche) internet cafe which was very cheap and very fast. The hotel will offer a pick up from the train/airport. These are not the airport staffs but are one or another travel agents whom the hotel informs. They will fetch you for about 30-60 egyptian pounds. This is fine. The problem comes when you check in. The reception will take a good 1/2 - 1 hour to check you in (they don't look that incompetent really..) to give the travel agent ample of time to corner you into taking one of his tour packages. I decided to take one of these only to find out later that with a 10 minutes walk I could have got a similar package half the price from one of the smaller travel agents in front of Windsor Hotel. It's a 4 star hotel but their behaviour is more of a budget hotel. Horrible room service menu. |

Location is convenient. Reception staff are not so kind. If the hotel provides booking tours and tickets, that will be better. |

The hotel is very well placed, very near Luxor centre, on the Nile. Nice garden. Nice breakfast buffet. The room was a bit too small for the 3 beds ordered. Mandarin restaurant not enough clean. Internet is very expensive and moreover with insufficient coverage in the room. In general they try very hard to make money on the extra services. |

I am afraid that we were very disappointed as it was way below our expectations and we checked out after one night even though we had reserved for 4 nights. Had I wanted a package deal hotel at a medium price, I might have been more prepared. Not recommended for the traveller booking his own hotels - very much for groups and packages. The hotel was rated as 4 star but was definitely on the border of 3 to 2! The staff spoke very basic English and the services generally were very weak. The location was good. |

Marvellous view of the nile. Relaxing atmosphere around the swimming pool and the garden overlooking the nile. Goregeous buffet meals (breakfast and dinner) as well as cordial reception Bathrooms need shower toileteries, e.g. shampoo, sponge |
