They allowed us a late check out at 4:00 p.m. without charge and stored our luggage as our flight was at midnight. Location next to the mall is excellent and the pyramids tour the concierge organized worked out very well. The Standard Rooms are tiny and squeezed, there was construction going on and the pathway to the rooms had dirt and clutter sacttered allover. The standard rooms adjacent to the pool have very poor natural lighting. |

The shopping mall, restaurants Upcon Check-in, they had problems with the 2 rooms reservations, had to call booking.com to get it resolved. I arrived at midnight and got into the room finally at 2 30 am because of that reservation mix up. The hotel management offered a free dinner at their Fairooz Restaurant; that dinning experience was excellent, but it didnt fully make up for the bad treatment upon arrival |

The citystar shopping mall . They charge me the room rate + tax which is not fair , because I booked from booking.com and it was show me that tax is not inclulde thr room, but I suprised when I reach there they chraged me for tax every single day :( |

Close to airport. Close to a shopping mall 1. A bit slow in response to room service and chech out time is too early 12;00 noon. I asked for a bot later checkout, (around 4:0o pm) they said it would cost me another day. |

The hotel is connected to one of the largest mall in Cairo, where you find what you need, shoping, food, cinemas.. ets. The non smoking room full of cigarets smells. |

access to Citystars 1) The Reception staff of the Club Floor are not very professional. 2) The Chauffeur service drivers are not professional (Drives fast/reckless and very agitated with obvious road rage). |

The shopping mall attached, good service by the hotel staff, they provided me with DVD when I asked for it. Too much Security to go through while entering the hotel, it remind me with the Airport before boarding. |

Estuve en otro hotel en el centro del Cairo y crei que en el pais la falta de limpieza y deficientes instalaciones eran tipicas. Nada que ver con este hotel. No llevar incluido nada en el precio de la reserva (desayunos, servicio, tasas,...) hace que el precio final por noche no tenga nada que ver con la realidad y ademas. Si por lo menos se indicara cuales son estos costes aparte. La proxima vez me lo pensaré. |

巨大ショッピングモール、シティスターズへプライベート出入り口があり、とても便利。ダウンタウンなど老朽- 化して、埃のひどい地区へ出なくても、気軽に過ごせる。また、ダウンタウンのホテルのリムジンに比べて、こ- のホテルのリムジンドライバーたちは、みな紳士的で、良心的なので、女性客にもお薦めしたい。部屋係もいつ- も親切、ルームサービスなどもフレンドリーで行き届いている。インターネット環境も問題なし。 |

Dat ik uiteindelijk de kamer kreeg die ik boekte. Het feit dat ik een hoetl boekte en 'a so called upgrade' kreeg naar de appartementen. Waar er werken werden uitgevoerd, vernisgeur hing. Vanaf de late namiddag werd er in het appartement of kamer ernaast gekookt, waardoor mijn kamer stonk naar ajuinen, knoflook enz... |
