Mi sarei aspettato di piu dai servizi offerti in camera.

Hotel nuovo; attaccato a Centro commerciale, ma lontano da down town. Auto hotel efficente e a prezzi decenti.

Prezzo elevato anche se hotel di alto livello.

I was at 16 floor which is executive one almost perfect especially the buttler hassan

I have to check out at the main reception at g.floor rather than at the 15floor because the lady who I think her name is Nada was a disaster she was dealing with a family for more than 30 mint and when I tried to ask her that I have to check out she react in away that let me go and do it at the g f which really made me so disappointed

The staff were amazing, everyone is smiling in your face and greeting you and offering help. The concierge was so impressive too providing help and excellent support for all inquiries. the staff is well trained. The check in/out was fast comparing to the traffic at the reception and everyone was sweet and helpful

I felt the rates were a bit high and had other friends who got the same category of rooms for less rates. I was very disapoointed with the quality of the food. the breakfast is very poor and is not up to intercontinantal standard at all, the bakery is not fresh, the pie is just like an ordinary bakery not made by a 5 stars hotel. Even the restuarants at the pool and the grill place was so so disappointing, i have tried a couple of dishes and was so upset with the quality of the food and decided not to eat in the hotel anymore. Again, the staff were excellent in all areas within the hotel and the service but the food ingedients and quality needs to be enhanced really to meet up the intercon international standard. the only thing i liked was the cappucino:)- even the cookies they sent alongwith the coffee (the white ones tasted like a stone). the pizza was like a cafteria kind of pizza and the burger tasted like hawawshi, it was really weired. i would definately come back to the hotel but may not take the risk and order food there (no hyginec issue at all but the quality is subzero). hope you will take my feedback in a positive manner and consdieration as i consdier to make the hotel my usual destiantion to stay in the future.

First of all it was an amazing trip and the hotel was so nice. Most of the stuff were so kind and freindly. I really recomend this place for any one wanna enjoy egypt

I like the hotel facielities and the mall which make u safe with out going out to cairo traffic, every thing u need is just near by.

It is abit expensive.

Over 20 minutes for check-in. Twice during a three nights stay, the door keycard didn't function.

I booking the hotel from 19th till 21 of january. When I am arriving in the hotel there was no booking!! There was an other date from 23 till 25 of january. After long discuss and long wait they find another room. Was not a nice start in this hotel after a very long trip from Brazil.

Overall the staff is friendly. Most people can even get out if there way to help. Location is linked to the mall with choice of food , fast or restaurants, and cafes or even shopping of course if you are up to it.

Hotel needs renovation. The public bathrooms are a horror to look at. The rugs in the room has become so hairy from vacuuming or just use, they must be changed. I only had breakfast in the hotel, but it was just normal, and I expected more from the intercontinental.

ALL options are avaliable for family members,shopping,sports,city tour & others.

Too crowded with residence like circuis,

It was a pad experience with pad staff and security. I felt that security is not to secure your stay but against all human rights. This happened only in Cairo city star IC but never happened with me in any other IC in the world. The non trust of employees was clear for guests and may be its their right but wrong approach
